The front desk service was very hospitable, helping me to call a taxi, informing the driver of my destination, providing attentive service, excellent room facilities, and a pleasant environment. I had a smooth check-in experience at the hotel, thanks to the front desk staff's exceptional hospitality. They assisted with arranging transportation and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The room facilities were top-notch and the overall environment was delightful.

Very nice place for such an affordable price. Quite place, great view/location, spacious area and most importantly very nice staff. The breakfast is really great, combo of Chinese and western dishes which I'm really fond of. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is a bit old. There is a smell when you enter the room, but it gets better after turning on the air conditioner. Fortunately, the room is relatively large and breakfast is provided. The breakfast feels okay and filling.

A friend and his family came to Beijing. The transportation is convenient for traveling and staying there. It is also convenient for eating and shopping around. I recommend it.

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. Seeing that we were a family of three, she specially gave us toiletries for the children and an extra breakfast coupon. I am very satisfied and will choose Jiatai Hotel next time I come to Beijing.
