Great stay, would definitely recommend 💯
A tiny suggestion would be to add little things to your service such as explain where breakfast is (for those who have it included) as well as explain how to get to your room. I was a first time guest at your hotel and didn't specifically know where things were located (had no problem finding them). The elevators were easy enough to find, but explaining where it is should still be something the people at the front desk does and as a guest you should not have to ask where breakfast is, it should automatically be told to you upon check-in. It will smooth things over with guests.
Other than that, everything was perfect and I was super satisfied with it 😊

It was clean, it was mell managed. It had fast internet. Stuff that cleans your room so that u never see them. It had everything a business traveler would need.

Great location for a new years eve stay. The hotel is a little old fashioned but our room had a great view and a very comfortable bed.

It is a lovely hotel, attached to the mall of the same name. It's got everything you need, definitely will be back.
