The room view and the fitness center pool were both very satisfactory. It's also conveniently located for getting around.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right in the heart of the CBD and adjacent to the subway, making travel incredibly convenient. As an established five-star hotel, the facilities are a bit dated, and there's a noticeable furniture smell in the room. A renovation would significantly boost its competitiveness.

I stayed here for a business trip. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to my needs, making communication very pleasant. The room was clean, breakfast was abundant, and the hotel's location was excellent. It's right next to a subway station, which makes getting around very convenient.

During the October Golden Week holiday, I chose the Dragon Dream Hotel in Shenyang and had a very comfortable stay. The room was bright with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the room was spacious. The adjacent mall had dining options and a subway station, which was just one stop away from Zhongjie Street. There were free parking spaces available both above ground and in the basement. The front desk staff and the duty manager were always friendly and attentive. They were also helpful and met any reasonable requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

The overall check-in experience was good. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. They were also quick to respond to any issues. However, I didn't like the food delivery service. There were no robot deliveries, and the staff didn't deliver the food. This was extremely inconvenient for a guest staying on the 26th floor! I had to go down to the lobby entrance myself to pick up my order. This definitely deserves a negative review!

Before booking, I read the negative reviews, which were mostly complaints about the service. After staying, I felt like this hotel was one giant obedience test. Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong smell from the air conditioning ducts. I picked up the phone and dialed 'one touch.' The operator transferred me to the front desk, who said they would get back to me shortly. 'Shortly' meant I had to call again to get any kind of answer. After changing rooms, the next day my room card stopped working. That's when I understood why there was a phone in the hallway. After calling, they said an auntie would come to help open the door. Ten minutes later, the auntie finally arrived. After opening the door, she said a concierge would bring a new room card later. Well, it never arrived within two hours. Eventually, when I went to pick up my takeout, I had to go to the front desk myself to get a new one. The tissues in the room ran out. The auntie replaced them with new ones, but just left the new pack on top of the tissue box instead of putting them inside. I don't understand that. There was a short black hair in the bathtub... The mini-bar was completely empty on the first night, possibly due to the room change. At breakfast, I opened a Chinese steamed dim sum, and there was a black hair inside... Breakfast ended at 10:30 AM, and many guests came at 10:35 AM to get coffee, but it was all gone...

I stayed at the hotel for my birthday, and the front desk upgraded my room, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it was a good experience with great views.

Last time I stayed here, the pool was under renovation, so I missed out. This time, I got to experience the gym and pool, and they're more professional than most regular gyms. The room is like a suite at the Four Seasons, offering incredible value for money.
