Terrible, It was the worst hotel I had in my life. It was terrible. Terrible. It was all old and dirty. It was just a pretty good Location. One day of the traveling is fail. I had to move because of this hotel.

The hotel manager Michael and other staff are exceptionally helpful to assist with my parents during the stay.
The room is clean and breakfast offers a variety of delicious foods.
Strongly recommended.

This hotel has a strategic location with access to two different train lines. Although it's an old hotel, but the cleaners do a fantastic job and the rooms are spacious. And the surrounding areas of the hotel have a convenience stall, a McDonald's, a KFC, a LuckIn coffee shop, a Mixue ice cream shop, and some small restaurants all within walking distance.

We got the room which is the door cant be opened. And there is no amenities.

Not available anything in bathrooms ,you should tell the cleaner to put like brushes ,soap,toothbrush ,and so on.there was noise sound from the pipes,

Located at the end of Wangfujing. Good hotel and good location. The cleaners are polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay although can be improved

Since it’s no longer crowne plaza the quality is really bad. The rooms are old, the place is dark, one elevator completely gone. One can see they are saving money. It’s a shame, it was such a nice and elegant hotel. We won’t be coming back here

old 5 star hotel
some walls are a bit worn out but still okay
the quality of the building (including floor) are high, just old, for me it is not a problem at all
the interior is old, but got quality material
i have no complain at all
the location is really great (9/10) just right in wangfujing area (shopping area), easy to look for restaurants and shopping mall (city center), so close to tiananmen square and forbidden city
nearly has a 24/7 seven eleven (minimarket) and small restaurants with nice food (especially the jiaozi (wontoon like) restaurant)

Clean hotel with good location - nearby (walking distance) to several F&B options & convenience stores (7-Eleven & mini-marts). The hotel may seem a little old and I think all their showers come with bathtub which is an old design but all is clean and well maintained. Their housekeeping provides good service - cleaned my room everyday. I enjoyed my 1-week+ stay with my family and hope to return again.
