The hotel is in the best location and easy to access. The staff are helpful and the room is very clean with Japanese style toilet! Will definitely come back to stay again.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was outstanding, including the clean and comfortable rooms, the great location, and the high level of service. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we checked out. A very special thanks to Concierge Manager Boyd Fan for his exceptional hospitality and support. He went above and beyond to assist us with every request, always with patience, kindness, and a genuine smile. His dedication made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the entire hotel team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I visit Beijing. My only suggestion for improvement is to include more breakfast options suitable for Arab and Muslim guests. I believe this would make the hotel even more welcoming for international visitors.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most exceptional hotels I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The location is absolutely unbeatable—situated right on the vibrant Wangfujing Street, with the iconic Tiananmen Square just down the road. While it sits on the higher end of the price spectrum, every penny was unequivocally well spent. Our suite was a true sanctuary—immaculately appointed, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need, alongside several luxurious touches we didn’t even know we wanted. Beyond the physical comforts of the room, what truly set this experience apart was the phenomenal service. The staff were unfailingly attentive, radiating genuine warmth and professionalism. They consistently anticipated our needs and were always on hand to assist, making our entire stay feel effortless. I cannot recommend this property highly enough; it is a masterclass in hospitality.

we stayed 3 nights in the Family room which was on the 10th executive floor and the package included access to the Executive Lounge witg snacks and happy hour service - a welcome add-on after a long day of exploring Beijing. All the staff at the hotel was exemplary and friendly, special mention to Lily and Laina at the Lounge for their warm welcome. The room was spacious and mordern. The hotel restaurant at the Dynasty Plaza is great too, we had a dinner there one night when too tired to go outside, this was an oasis of calm. I would not hesitate to stay here again, should we come back to Beijing.

The hotel’s location is another big plus conveniently situated near shopping areas, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around Beijing. The lobby and common areas were pleasant and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, great service, and a comfortable stay.
