First of all, the hotel environment and location are great, the transportation is very convenient, and the view in the room is absolutely good. The overall service is very considerate, and the communication is smooth. I am especially grateful to Eileen for calling me before my stay and asking me if I need to decorate the room and if I have any special needs. She also gave me a very detailed introduction and guidance on the hotel. Maybe it was my birthday, so she sent me a cake, which was delicious! The daily fruit supply was also very timely. Overall, it was very good. I didn't feel bad during the 4-day stay. I may choose Park Hyatt again when I go to Beijing next time.
