Staff was very kind. She helped to catch up taxi to airport. Dont catch taxi who is selfserved guys. Only online

waited awhile for the driver to come pick us from airport due to some delays at the immigration checkpoint. Very basic hotel and its nothing looks like published photo. Its alright for a sleepover after a long haul flight.

The people here have been very kind and accommodating. They don't speak English, but they use a translation app to help with communication. They have chilled my soda for me, offered to clean my room daily, and one employee even walked me around the corner to show me the nearby restaurant that serves a particular dish I like. The people are very hospitable, and the location isn't far from the airport. The nearest subway station is about 2 kilometers away though (There's probably a bus that goes there.).

Terrible. No one speaks English when u call them they say we don’t understand. No shuttle no one to speak to. Avoid this place.

The sanitation is very good, the sound insulation is very good, the plane was delayed until 3:30 in the morning, and the hotel extended my check-out to 2 pm. I give it a big thumbs up, and the driver who picked me up at the airport was also very nice.

It's pretty good. The airport driver is talkative and quick to respond. He is always available and works tirelessly. The girl at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, and the communication is smooth. She looks sweet and pleasing to the eye. The room is tidy, clean, and has complete infrastructure and no odor. Overall, although there is no elevator, it is very good for this price.

The driver is also very good, and the pick-up location and time are clearly explained. Very cost-effective, very good service. Because the connecting flight was delayed and I needed to stay overnight in Beijing, I booked this hotel because of the free pick-up. They picked me up at around 11pm. I asked the driver, the pick-up is on call, and the drop-off is on the hour, which is very good. It is much better than the pick-up service of another hotel near Beijing Capital last time. And when I arrived at the hotel, the boss saw that I was alone and upgraded me to a king-size bed room with window for free. I highly recommend it
