The hotel staff were very accommodating and helpful from their receptionist, the restaurant manager, and most specifically their night shift concierge (the short hair guy). He was helped us booked our Tiananmen Square flag retreat visit. He was also very helpful in answering our questions regarding outdoor ice skating rinks in Beijing, even willing to call places for us. As for their breakfast, a few varieties every day especially their main dishes. Salads don’t get replenished much if its almost 10:00 am, their breakfast closing time, which is understandable as they throw everything from the salad bar to make sure fresh and clean daily greens are served. They got CCTV monitors by the entrance of their buffet restaurant if you want to see how your food is prepared.😉

The hotel was superb, and their hospitality deserves a thumbs up. They were very efficient in accommodating our requests. Despite the language barrier, they genuinely intended to assist the guests. Front desk staffs very helpful among them is Zara Hui, and the housekeeping team also deserves a thumbs up. The room was spacious, clean, and had hot water. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend! The best part is the free self-service laundry. Everything went on very well, starting from the check-in and check out. This is my first time in Beijing. I am really very, very happy with this hotel.

I use MRT to travel wherever I want, like Forbidden palace, even universal studio. near to Wangfujing, easy to get local food. Staffs it is friendly for support housekeeping. Staff even understand kids needed, they clean their bedroom in super nice deco

Hotel is located in Jinbao Street about 10 mins walk to Wangfujin Street. Surrounded by food places and convenient stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Like to commend hotel coircege Eric Tsang for his going extra mile to help us when we were getting used to using the ordering apps and helping us to book tickets to Great Wall of China. Also washing machines and dryers avail for guests to use. Will book here again if I visit Beijing.

Hotel rooms were clean and the free self-laundry service with washing detergent (at ground floor lobby) was a plus for families. The bathtub and shower area were not separated so it was a little of a hassle. The main hotel room door did not lock well from the inside. The location was a 15-20 min stroll from Wangfujing shopping area. The nearest subway station was just behind the Regent Hotel (which was adjacent to Park Plaza) - 2 min walk from the hotel’s side door. To get snacks and groceries, there is a supermarket at B1/Jinbao Plaza (which is a nice mall with good restaurants, KFC) as well as a convenience shop just across the side door. Starbucks is also accessible, just 2 mins walk from the main entrance of the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly helpful and friendly staffs. I would especially like to give a big shoutout to Kevin for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. He suggested upgrading to a suite at a very affordable price and it was absolutely worth it—the room was spacious and even had two toilets! Kevin also assisted us in booking dinner at the hotel restaurant and secured a special rate for breakfast, which was a thoughtful touch. His attentive service truly made our stay memorable. As for the location, while the hotel is not exactly on Wangfujing Street, it is conveniently located in Jingbao and just a short 2-3 minute walk to Dengshikou subway station. This made getting around the city incredibly easy. Opposite the hotel, there’s a 24-hour convenience store that serves hot food and right next to it, a local restaurant offers authentic breakfast options. Overall, the location is excellent for anyone looking for a hotel close to a subway station. Highly recommended for its convenience, friendly staff and great service!

Stayed here.for the second time. This Park.Plaza is so conveniently located in Dengshiko, where.is just walking distance.from Wangfujing. Convenient to shopping and Metro.

Perfect hotel for family. We really enjoy the family room. Amenities are very classics, just like an American hotel back in the old time but maintain its cleanliness very well. Friendly and helpful staffs that can speak English well. Close to many good small eat restaurants.

It’s traditional hotel design. Good location near walking street

Pros: Clean, spacious, and modern rooms, with good amenities. Great location just 2 minutes walk from Dengshikou exit C, and a 24hr convenience store nearby. It’s situated on a quiet road but still with human activity that it feels safe going back alone at night. I like that it’s on line 5 which has access to the AirPort Express and also direct line to Lama temple and Temple of Heaven, and numerous other line changes. Walkable to Wangfujing as well. Receptionist and concierge were great, luggage storage and check in/out were seamless. Cons: There was a clump of hair by the door when I checked in - it was probably blocked by the door and housekeeper missed it. The walls were also quite thin, I could hear my neighbours’ conversation (and snoring/farting) and doors slamming at night/in the morning. It didn’t affect me or my sleep too much but just FYI to those considering.

Room seems dated but clean. Comfortable and pleasant stay. Very convenient. Walking distance to Wangfujiang and Forbidden City. Really appreciate Andy Jia, he came in early to work just to make sure I got my taxi to airport at 6am.
