Great service from Concierge staff - Eric and Wong yuenlong. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

Hotel was a little outdated but well kept and clean. Good sized room and cooling air con for the summer heat. Free washer/dryer which were almost always fully used (they provide free detergent and softener as well). Hotel fridge was replenished daily and there was a cofffee capsule machine in the room. Location was super convenient as it is right behind Exit C of Dengshikou station. A convenient store just across the street for any quick grabs and Starbucks was also right opposite. I didn’t try breakfast but my friend who tried said it was not worth it. Concierge team was helpful with Meituan order and calling up attractions to get more details. All in all, it was a pleasant 6 night stay.

A very good and highly recommended 4-star hotel in Wangfujing, Beijing. I checked in for a 2-night stay and then another 6-day stay after a short 2-day trip. I got upgraded to a high floor in both. Also, I mistakenly booked a king bed room but friendly staff (Kelvin) did his best to find me a twin room without an extra room rate. I appreciated this very much. Thanks Kelvin. Another big benefit of staying in this hotel for longer stay guests is that it has a laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers for guests to use for free. A subway station is just next to the hotel. Happy to stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Beijing.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed with Park Plaza Wangfujing. The first time was with my wife for a week (March 2024), and we upgraded to a suite and had a wonderful room and stay. I was in China again on my own, and had a few spare days and chose to stay again at Park Plaza Wangfujing, because of location, comfort, and the assistance from Kevin Li, who seemed to work 24/7. He significantly assisted us on the first visit, and when I arrived for the current June 2024 visit, he was again at reception offering to assist again. Kevin helped find places to visit, helped logistics, and guided us throughout our March stay, and was equally helpful during my short stay this time. Note that because of the proximity to the Wangfujing shopping district, along with a bunch of other tourist destinations, and because of the connection to a line 5 metro station, everywhere was easy to reach from this hotel. This visit I had a view of the courtyard between the buildings, one of which was Park Plaza. Last visit, we had a view of the adjacent Hu Tong area just north of the hotel and the suburbs to the north, as far away as the Olympic village, and beyond.

The concierge, 张宇 and his young colleague was super super helpfu. We keep coming back because of his great service. I love the robot deliveryman. Such an efficient and cute little bot. This hotel has a central & convenient location. Highly recommended.

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Beijing. The location is absolutely perfect. It is 50 m away from exit C of the Dengshikou station of line 5 of the subway. Within 100 m there are restaurants that are open till midnight. Many attractions and the biggest pedestrian shopping street is within walking distance. The comfort of the hotel rooms is on a five star level at a very reasonable price. Finally I found a hotel with a big laundry room with enough washing machines and dryers. There was always someone who spoke English at the reception. I especially want to mention Kevin Li for his efficient and friendly service. But the true hero is Andy Jia, the concierge. He tried everything to unblock my Chinese telephone number even using his own phone. After 1 hour he was successful. 5 stars for friendliness and efficiency!

A wonderful stay at this hotel with an amazing concierge team - especially Eric who immensely helped me to book tickets to summer palace and even helped to check me into air China flight which was very difficult!

Our stay was uneventful over a period of 5 nights. We (3 of us) didn't have breakfast at the hotel restaurant as we were out early most days but we did check out the breakfast (68RMB) spread which was varied. The rooms were clean and tidy. I especially liked that they did provide various standards/types of electrical sockets which made it easier to charge our mobiles etc. We didn't deal with the staff as much to be honest but they were polite and nice enough. The location of the hotel was pretty good and walking distance to Wangfujing Street. The subway station is located next to the hotel.

3 mins walk to city bus stop Mishi Dajie with well connected routes if one likes bus hopping. 15 mins bicycle ride to the North Eastern corner of the GuGong forbidden city. Picturesque view of the palace wall, tower and the moat in the morning. Explore nearby hunting alley ways for bicycle enthusiasts.

Lovely hotel strategically located in prime location. Conveniently accessible via MRT station with many eateries and convenient stores within walking distance. Amenities like washer/dryer provided which is really handy also available. Great to know the shuttle bus pick up point to Mutianyu Great Wall is just next to the hotel! Special thanks to hotel manager, Nick for the compliments teddy bear for children. Definitely will come back again.

The location of Park Plaza is excellent, just one minute walk to the nearest subway station (Dengshikou station Exit C). Walking to different attractions such as Forbidden City and Wangfujing shopping areas is also easy. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel service is good and the breakfast buffet has sufficient variety with both western and Asian cuisines. Something to note is that we found the room to be rather warm on return from a day out. The air-con was set at 27 degC couldn’t be varied. The outside temperature during our stay was between 5 degC at night and 20 degC in daytime. The hotel management informed us that it was government regulation to save energy. To assist, the management provided us a large room fan. That and opening the side windows helped tremendously to lower the temperature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and highly recommend it.

Lovely stay at the Park Plaza Hotel. Me, my wife and our 10yr old son stayed in a family room which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. There are laundry facilities available - really helpful if you're travelling through China for a couple of weeks or longer. The staff were really friendly, especially the conicierge on the front desk who paid for our taxi from the airport on arrival when WeChat payment wouldnt work for us! We didn't have breakfast here, instead choosing to venture out to the hutong around the corner for some great steamed bao etc. on a daily basis. The bar had some decent wine - which we needed at the end of some long days being tourists in Beijing! Hotel is in a good location, the subway is not too far away and there are plenty of shops and restaurants a short walk away too.
