By far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was amazing; they went out of their way to accommodate my mother who hurt her hand. The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious, providing all the comforts we needed. The staff’s attentiveness and care truly stood out, making our stay exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Very spacious, no problem for a family of 5-6ppl. Location is slightly far from the city as Beijing road traffic is horrible. We only have one hair dryer in the room.

Apartment was comfortable with generously sized rooms. Breakfast is fine however basic lacks variety. We did not get airport transfer service.

The hotel rooms are wide and big enough. Although the decoration of the rooms is a bit old, they are still quite clean. The quality of the front desk service needs to be improved. The hotel's location is very advantageous and parking is also very convenient.

There are many mosquitoes in the hotel and there is no mosquito control plan. The closet light is always on, and the slippers are not placed in the cloakroom. There are no signs to inform where the items are placed. You have to call to ask for everything. It is recommended to inform in advance when checking in.

The room is large and has a good view. It's just inconvenient that the robot can't send it upstairs, but the service is very good. Highly recommended.

A family came to Beijing. It was a rare holiday for us to have some requirements for hotels. When searching for family-friendly hotels, Ctrip recommended Marriott Apartments, which ranked first. With the endorsement of the Marriott brand, we didn't think much and booked a two-bedroom room. To be honest, the room was quite large, the facilities were old, and the hygiene was average. The management of this hotel disappointed and speechless me. I share two things: 1. At 11 o'clock at night, the children were all asleep. The phone in the house rang but there was no sound. Later, the customer service center told us "How can the robot deliver food if you don't answer the phone?" Oh my god, we didn't order food. They are so shameless when their service is not meticulous! 2. The balcony door of the master bedroom can still be opened at will after it is closed from the inside. I told the customer service center to close it, and they replied that it was not possible to rent it for a short time because the key could not be found. The hotel in Ocean, which costs more than 2,000 yuan a night, makes me feel different from Marriott quality!

Small things need to be improved. The sun is good and the heating is sufficient. It is a haven for travel and is particularly comfortable. The mattress is very comfortable, the big bathtub is very comfortable, and it is very convenient to take a taxi when going out.

The hotel room is large. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is very suitable for family travel. The special price ratio is really high. I would like to emphasize the front desk staff Qiu Nan and Wang Weixin. The service attitude is very friendly and professional. I will choose to stay next time.

I basically hit mosquitoes every day, but I can never kill them. Electric mosquito coils are useless. I kill more than 30 mosquitoes every day, but more than 300 will pop up. I stayed for three nights and was woken up by mosquitoes every day. It's terrible, terrible.
