Whether traveling or on a business trip, this is the worst time I have ever stayed in a hotel. 1: First, I arrived at the hotel parking lot at around 7pm. Just after I parked my car in the parking space, a security guard suddenly came and said that this parking space cannot be parked. He spoke very toughly and the communication in the middle was very unpleasant. As a result, he spoke with a sarcastic expression and tone and turned around and left! I can bear it. 2: The room I stayed in was on the 3rd floor near the elevator. Here I remind friends behind me not to stay in the theme room on the 3rd floor, because I live on the 3rd floor and have a 6-year-old child. From 11pm, the hotel's internal KTV is downstairs from the theme room. The singer sang from 11pm to 4am. The sound felt like I was sleeping next to the KTV. I communicated with the platform, and the platform communicated with the hotel. The singing sound did not stop from 1.30pm to 4am. It was very devastating. Here I remind friends with children again not to stay in the theme room on the 3rd floor, otherwise you are equivalent to living in a KTV. It is very strenuous and very bad to communicate with the hotel throughout the whole process. I will never go to such a hotel in the future.

Whenever I come on business trips, I will stay at Lake Bay Hotel. Everything is good. I especially praise Yin Aiyu, the room attendant, for her warm service. She can always solve any problems for me. She is very good👍 There are other waiters, but I don’t know their names👍
