Best hotel I could have chosen. Excellent location. Super clean and close to everything. Also Danielle from the front desk was super helpful. When I’m back, I’ll choose it again.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and was very impressed by the level of service throughout my visit. From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help. A special mention to the concierge team, who were incredibly welcoming and attentive. In particular, I would love to praise 萱萱 (Candice). She was very helpful with recommendations, directions and any questions I had during my stay. Her service made me feel very comfortable, especially as I was travelling alone. She is a great asset to your team and should thoroughly be applauded for her hard-work, professionalism and dedication! I would not have survived Beijing without her! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and in a very convenient location for exploring Beijing. The housekeepers always made sure my room was spotless and listened to all my needs. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so pleasant. I would happily stay here again when I return to Beijing and would definitely recommend the hotel to other travellers.
