Staff were very nice. Room is abit stuffy but overall a nice experience staying in the hotel

The bathroom is a bit worn out. Apart from that everything is good. We lost a bag with very important documents in a taxi and the staff in the hotel helped to trace the taxi driver and get it back within an hour. We really appreciate the help. I would give the service six stars if the system allows!

The rooms are generally good though it can get really dry during winter.

We arrived late and they had no rooms left so they upgrade us. The upgrade was in another building and half way we were left alone and told that was straight. The building had the lights off and the entrance and the elevator too hard to find. Maybe need the service to take you to the elevator at least? The room was clean and the breakfast was ok! Hope next time we have more luck with a professional service.

I had a nice staycation at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was happy that they allowed foreigners as many hotels in Beijing are not taking foreigners since the Pandemic. The location was ok as it was in the area as my university, and I did not want to go far from campus. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and there was always an English-speaking staff member at reception on duty. All you must do is ask for an English-speaking staff member. There is a lounge area where you can order snacks and drinks (this is also the same menu for room service). By the way you must request for the room service menu directly from reception and they will send someone to your room to take the order. There is also the option to pre-order breakfast to have in the room each evening. There is a traditional Chinese Tea House on the premises for any who are looking for some cultural emersion. There is also a Chinese barbeque right outside the hotel and you can charge the bill to your room, which I found convenient. The gym is small but has most equipment and the pool is indoor. However, it is also used for swimming classes for kids which is inconvenient. Too many children and too much noise. The breakfast was nice. A mixture of Chinese and Western cuisine. Dinner is buffet and a la carte. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The spa was unfortunately closed. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it for the price point it has.

The equipment is old and the basin has poor drainage. The bathtub cannot stop the water. If you want to be unhappy, you can come in and stay. Ctrip 975/night. Check-in instructions require a 4-night stay, hehe... The room rate will immediately rise to 1,358 yuan per night. The reason is incomprehensible. In the end, I could only stay one night and find another place to stay!

The hotel chosen by my child for the college entrance examination is affordable, has a grand lobby and a good location. The hotel responded to the reservation of a quiet room as soon as possible and it can be arranged; the floor attendants are warm, thoughtful and polite, and it feels like home; the lobby reception is skilled and enthusiastic, and answers questions in detail and patiently; the breakfast is rich, fresh, clean and tidy. Free parking, just report the room number.

Everything is good except the guy at the front desk. He has a bad attitude when answering the phone and avoids the main points when answering customers' questions. It's really infuriating.

The facilities are complete and the service is in place. It's just a little far from Tiananmen. The breakfast is rich and very satisfying.

The bathroom is very stylish, with mosaics like waterfalls. The blinds are movable and electrically adjustable, making it easy to see or not see while bathing... 😁Everyone knows. The barbecue is good, and there are advertisements in the elevator. The surrounding facilities are complete, including food and Haidilao. The door opening design is rare at a 45-degree angle. The bathtub can be used for bathing, and the shower next to it can be used for showering. In summary, it is great.

The room was very dirty and damp. When I entered the room, the bed sheets were still the same. It felt like I was staying in a hotel. The slippers were not of good quality either. If you mind, you can change hotels.
