Its very clean and comfortable hotel. Service was good. We came early in the morning. However at that time there were no available room, while we are waiting at lobby hotel gives us room before check in time. I liked the little garden between the hotel building.

Room was average. Felt that the staff could be more helpful. Location was about 10mins walk to the station

Cleanliness okay for 5 nights continuous stay, room floor is not vacuum daily, washroom is clean, bedsheet change on alternate day which is acceptable, daily changing of towels. Location is good, near 天安门 & 故宫， Easy to get didi to the hotel, cross the road walk over to 王府井商厦 can find decent n clean food in the shopping mall. Service is mixture of okay or good, varies depends on individual staff character. 3 stars hotel at 王府井 area, can’t be asking too much.

The location is strategic, 5 min walking from the Forbidden City. The rooms are ok, not bad not best. Good price-quality balance. We got what we expected from a 3 stars.

The hotel staff are really friendly and even have a fruit bowl on arrival! The hotel is very conveniently located! So close to the forbidden city! The rooms are kept warm which was lovely considering how cold it was outside. The room was spacious and the view from the window was lovely! I will definitely be staying here again if I travel to Beijing!

Initially we were very underwhelmed by the Yoo Hotel, it's in need of an update and a lot more tired looking than it's photos suggest. However the service made up for it. They give you one room card by default, so if you want the A/C left on you'll need to ask for another. I also think the A/C is centrally turned off over night. Breakfast at 7am was chaotic with lots of items going quickly as people rush to eat and get out. Recommend going down after 7.30am. They also had some room cleanliness issues which we brought up. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, though and addressed our concerns. Elaine really helped us with a Taxi problem later too and really went the extra mile to help and rectify our situation. A very good team who listen to concerns. She was brilliant. It's in a great location, 10 minutes walk from Forbidden City etc and you can't get very near Tiananmen square in a Taxi so it's perfect for a nearby stay. All in all the good team make up for the few shortcomings.

The hotel is in a really good location. It has a really lovely 'oasis in the middle of the city' feeling. My room was lovely, with all the essentials. It was very comfortable overall. The breakfast was mostly Chinese food, but there is coffee in the rooms so it's better to have your coffee in the hotel room before or after breakfast. I really enjoyed it. I'd stay here again.

Very good location in Beijing. Walkable to tiananmen and forbidden city. Lots of eateries nearby. Its a basic room but cant ask for more with price and location

The hotel was amazing! The beds were comfortable and the service was supreme! And 10/10 for the beautiful courtyard. We enjoyed the afternoon tea there ❤️

We spent 6 nights in this hotel with our little one (9 month-old). The room was spacious and comfortable, we slept the three of us in the bed and it was big enough. The staff is quite helpful, they try to help you as much as they can even though just a couple of them speak English, with the other ones you need to use a translator. The position is the best you can find, you take a little stroll and you are in the forbidden city and in the main roads of Beijing. I was a bit disappointed about the breakfast, not many choices for who prefers sweet breakfast in the morning. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place.

Very good location, very close to landmarks. Very warm and cosy hotel. Beds were comfy and just what was needed after long days out. Breakfast wasn't the best though.

No hot water in one of the day , have to improve the quantity of breakfast, cos almost empty plate , cos no refill frequently
