This hotel is excellent, very classy and clean. They even offer airport drop-off services. My flight was at 7 AM, and they had a car ready by 4 AM. The room was spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Can the airport shuttle driver be a bit more gentle? Or maybe they're just too tired. The hotel should really hire more drivers. The bus was driven so aggressively, with so many foreign tourists on board. Beijing is the face of our country, and this is truly unbelievable. The room size is decent, the bedding is comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It's only a 10-minute drive from the airport and they offer a free shuttle service. It's perfect for an overnight layover, and the front desk service is very welcoming and friendly.

Only stayed here for 8 hrs before an early morning flight but it's an excellent hotel with incredibly helpful staff. Got a free upgrade at check in, didn't get the guys name but he was super friendly and very efficient, spoke good english too. Room was spotless and comfortable, air-conditioning was superb and the kid friendly decoration was well received. Location is great for airport and free transfer to terminal makes a big difference when travelling with kids and lots of luggage!! Can't comment on the food as we weren't there long enough for that, plenty of places nearby to eat as well. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing.

The front desk staff were patient and meticulous. The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy! The robot delivery service for items or takeout is a unique feature! The Minghao Restaurant is also good!
They offer shuttle service to and from Capital International Airport T2 and T3: The pick-up service starts at 4:15 AM, running every half hour, and takes only fifteen minutes to reach the airport, which is very convenient.
