I like this Hotel Pretty much! That was my first stay but I'll be booking it in a future many times taking into account that number of my frequent business trips to Beijing. The front desk staff was super helpfull! Thank you very much, girls! There was a special request from me about specific procedure of my business trip nature. Great help! Room was clean and convenient. Amenities have different kinds and much more than in other hotels I have stayed before. All rooms has windows. The breakfast and dinner ate available in restaurant at the first floor. Near to the hotel, if you face to the hotel from left side after five minutes walking just where is cross road bridge there are located a few canteens with acceptable food. Try 黄焖鸡，tasty. The subway is right in front of hotel doors, just need to across the road. For Beijing this is perfect in scope of saving time. I am happy to discover this hotel for my future staying.

Transportation: It is across the street from the subway entrance, very close; the hotel is next to the Beijing-Tibet Expressway Facilities: There is a parking lot outside, an entertainment and living hall inside, and complete facilities in the room Sanitation: Clean and tidy Disadvantages: The wireless speed is slightly slower; the rooms facing the main road have poor sound insulation

The renovated room is spacious and bright, the bedding quality is also good, there are 2 pillows, high and low (buckwheat), the side close to the main road will not be disturbed at night, breakfast is available, and there are food stalls downstairs. Metro Line 15 Beishatan Station (Exit B2) is diagonally across the road, or you can take Exit C, which is closer to the hotel. Warm reminder: Please bring your own comb!!! The burrs on the tip of the hotel comb are not handled well, and they are extremely sharp. It is rare to have a comb that makes your hair sting. I dare not use it after combing it. I hope the purchaser will improve it after testing it personally.

There is a serious problem with the check-out time. The booking is to check out at 14:00, but the room card will be invalid at 12:00, and someone needs to open the door. And usually the car called at this time, to the airport and high-speed rail station, there is no time to call again, confirm the guest's identity, and the waiter will open the door.

I was speechless. I had to get a night shot. The door of the room was broken and couldn't be opened. The time was about to expire. Finally, I called the complaint hotline and checked the police phone number before kicking the door open and taking the shot. The hotel also threw away the ice pack I had frozen. At one o'clock in the morning, I got a lot of mosquito bites on my feet. I can't believe this is a four-star hotel.

I went to Beijing on a business trip and chose this hotel for the first time on Ctrip. I didn't expect to get a big surprise! Due to the reimbursement standard, I chose a room without window and no breakfast. After arriving at the hotel, the hotel upgraded me to a standard room with window and breakfast. After checking in, the clean room, big window, rich breakfast, I was so happy! I hope I can have this luck again next time!
