The hotel is in good location near to XiDan shopping district (8 mins walk) and near to subway exit E (approx 300m). Room is very clean and big. Room cleaning very good. Amenities adequate. Central aircon if can turn colder will be great. 23 degrees too warm. 18 degrees will be nice. Breakfast selection is good. Excellent service from 小王. 小王 is very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 小王 makes my stay so wonderful. Thank you 小王. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Front desk was welcoming. Breakfast buffet was simple. Most people staying in the hotel were business people. Subway was about 6 minute walk from the hotel. (Xidan Exit D). Nearby vicinity was quiet. Room was clean; beds were excellent; bathroom essentials were provided.

I usually stay at Hua Bin International Hotel for the convenient location to XI DAN and Airport Bus Terminal (this route was cancelled lately). The room size is also impressive.

Great hotel and staff. Big thanks to Vincent for helping me connect to the internet. His co-workers video called him on his day off to translate and help me reconnect. Jack, the general manager, welcomed me and personally assisted with translating and requesting a taxi which can be challenging for foreign tourists in Beijing. Some inconveniences for foreign tourists but a great facility.

Great staff, kind and helpful. Good location, close to the center and easy to reach (by subway and taxi). Good breakfast too, with coffee beans. What could be improved, is to have a bar open in the evening, hotter water in the shower (water was just warm, but not enough) and odour free rooms (there’s still a cold smoke smell in the room)

The room is very big! The visual space is super good! The room has an unbeatable view! (The uploaded photos were taken in the hotel room) Dandan, Xiaoqi, and Xiaozhao at the front desk are considerate and enthusiastic! The cleaning lady is also good and cleans the room! The doorman boys and uncles at the hotel are all very good, enthusiastic and proactive! I have recommended this hotel to my friends.

Traveling during the National Day, taking children to watch the flag-raising ceremony, the hotel is in a great location, very close to the ticket gate of Tiananmen Square in Qianmen by taxi, convenient access to the subway, very close to Xidan, Line 1 goes directly to Global. Thanks to the concierge Xiao Li, Xiao Tang, and Xiao Bu for helping to call a taxi and take the luggage!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is only 100 meters away from Xidan subway station. If you go to Tiananmen Square, it is also very convenient to walk there. There is a Donglaishun opposite. It is very good to eat authentic shabu-shabu mutton. Special thanks to Xiaopeng, Xiaochen, and Xiaoqi. Environment: The surrounding environment is very good. It is near Xidan, and it is very convenient to eat and travel. Basically, the main meal is eaten in the shopping mall in Xidan. Four Seasons Minfu also arranged to stay at Hanguang Department Store. But each room is very large. I am satisfied to find such a large hotel within the Second Ring Road. Let's talk about the facilities: It is indeed old. The decoration and maintenance status of a typical old star hotel can also be understood. After all, the price is lower than that of new high-end hotels. Hygiene: Overall it is okay. I go out early and come back late every day, and sleep in the hotel. I sleep pretty well. Service: Better than I expected, from luggage service, front desk to cleaning aunt, they are all very friendly. Special praise [Xiao Ze] [Xiao Ying] Finally, if you can book in advance, you can ask to be arranged in a room on the east side, where you can watch the sunrise, the Grand Theater, 👀 Tiananmen Square

Arriving at the hotel entrance, the first feeling was very good. A young man and an uncle came to help with the luggage. Then I checked in. The customer service was also very enthusiastic. When I walked into the room, it was spacious, bright, clean and hygienic. Any needs were met as much as possible. The hotel is also very convenient for travel, and it is convenient to take a taxi or subway. Next time I come to Beijing, I will choose this hotel again.

I have stayed at Huabin many times on business trips, and I feel that each time it is worse than the last time, the facilities are old and the hygiene is average. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenient transportation in Xidan, in the same building as the headquarters of the central enterprise Huadian, and a rich buffet breakfast.

The location is excellent, very close to Xidan Station (Line 1/Line 4) and Xuanwumen (Line 2/Line 4), and it is very convenient to go to any tourist attraction. The room was cleaned every day, and the shower water was big, which was very satisfactory.
