Jianguo Hot Spring Hotel Reviews

The location wasvery good. I was hoping and high wanted for Hot spring is so nice, but it seems like very bad, and dirty, uncomfortable. I don't like that. However the room was cleanable and comfortable. I was in Superior double bed room. Finally, receptionist called the taxi for us she was tell about our location with wrong. So we payed so many money for the taxi.

An outdated hotel, with old and defective furniture, smell of mold, walls that have mold around the corners.

Repeat stay. It's about the only hotel in Beijing that has it's own hot spring well. Get a room with a bathtub. Housekeeping do their best but the hardware is aged. WiFi in room is spotty especially in block 2

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They provided very good recommendations on everything and helped search for travel information. The location is very good, very near JianGuoMen subway station. It’s very convenient to go everywhere.

The facility is a bit old already.

Room stated there was a private hot spring but none to be found, reception states there is a public bath and private bath requires payment. Facility is old and hairdryer is built in

I was conveniently located near most of my places to go to in my itinerary and it was easy to locate on my DiDi app.

It was very terrible. EXTREMELY dirty and the room was so smelly. I couldn't believe the amount that I paid wasn't even worth it. They called it Hot Springs and the water was cold. I rather go back to my own rental apartment and use the normal water. Midnight I get call from the front deck asking about weather. I NEVER been to a hotel that needs to pay for a deposit and after paying they had to check if my ID is real or fake. What kind of services it was very ridiculous and unreasonable.

Run away! We were in room 2208. The room was very dirty, clumps of hair on the carpet which was extremely stained. We specifically asked for the carpet to be cleaned. The hair is still there. The elevator control panel comes off the elevator by itself. It's scary. The shower is not clogged but it makes a pool when you wash because the drain is higher than the floor. The technician reported a fault in the shower linked to the original work. The hotel was aware of the problem but still gave us the room. It's a scandal!

I took my parents to visit the Forbidden City in Beijing and stayed here for three nights. The main reason was that it has hot spring water! My room was very large. To be precise, it was an independent unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (both with bathtubs). Later I found out that it was really an apartment in the past, and it must have been more than 100 square meters! It is indeed a bit dilapidated and has a bit of history, and one of the toilets cannot be closed. The location is actually very advantageous. It only takes ten minutes to go to Jianguo Station or Beijing Station. (Off-topic) Beijing’s urban infrastructure is really not friendly to the elderly/people with reduced mobility...There are very few lifts (vertical elevators), and there are none at Jianguo Station...There is only an escalator to go up and not go down, and it is long. You have to use the barrier-free elevator for the stairs and it's very slow and takes a long time... So I just took a taxi... During my three-night stay, the power supply needed to be repaired, and there was a power outage for the whole day. Fortunately, we left early and came back late, so there was no big problem. It was just that we didn't have the lift to go back to the room to pick up our things after breakfast. The service staff are very kind and friendly, and it feels like home! The only bad thing is that there is no buffet breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays, only set meals are provided, which is not a pleasant arrangement!

The whole family returned to the hotel and waited in the corridor for half an hour. Afterwards, there was no verbal apology or anything. 4. The hot spring was broken. Ctrip called a few days in advance to inform us that the hotel would compensate us with some fruits, but I stayed for three days and didn't see any fruit until I checked out. I didn't ask. Who hasn't eaten fruit? 5. You need to call the front desk to get toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc., but they will respond to your requests, which is good. 6. Check-out can be delayed until 14:00. Even if Ctrip does not provide this service, as long as you tell the front desk, the hotel will agree. This is good. 7. To be frank, this hotel has both advantages and disadvantages. The price of a deluxe family room is 1,000 per night, which is not cheap, but not too outrageous, after all, the location is here. In terms of service, to be honest, it is generally good. In Beijing, no one ignored us, which exceeded my expectations.
