This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. The room is clean and warm. The location is excellent. There are all kinds of food and attractions around. It is also convenient to the subway station. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic.
Warm reminder: Your hotel does not have an elevator, so guests have to carry large luggage by themselves. As a guest, I can understand that carrying luggage is not within the service scope of the express hotel, so your hotel can consider replacing the staff who lead guests to the room with female staff. If a girl does not help to lift the luggage, I think it is excusable as a guest. You arranged a big guy to lead me to the room. He stood at the top of the stairs on the third floor and stared at the two of us guests who were carrying the luggage. To be honest, it made the guests feel very uncomfortable.
When I booked your hotel for the first time, the front desk check-in should be the boss. He helped us take the luggage very enthusiastically. Even if I knew there was no elevator, I would still choose to book this hotel again. This happened during this stay, which is a bit disappointing.
