Good location and in general ok. Cleaning should be improved!

The hotel was very dirty. Very early in the morning they started breaking the walls in front of the room. We could not sleep at all.

A good Chinese style hotel near Houhai. Needs a bit renovation but overall good.

Convenient location to explore hutongs and discover interesting places and delicious food by accident. So many food options all around and very nearby

This is really nice hotel. The 2 reception are really nice tried to help. Both of them are really helpful. The place is in the Chinese area. I love it.

The location was great and the people were fine if a little inattentive. The bed and the pillow were hard, they rationed us toilet paper to about five sheets a day and the air in the hotel was bone dry. We tried to use Aircon as little as possible (we used it once during our stay) but the air was still dry enough to chap our lips and cause us throat and nose problems throughout our stay. We would leave in the morning totally congested, get a little better throughout the day only to get congested again in the night. The hotel was fine but I would encourage anyone to think twice about staying here unless they fix their ventilation problems.

I think the hotel staff are super amazing and very friendly. I reached from huangshan at 3 pm and previous guests were still 10 mins away from checking out from Panaromic balcony room type I booked. So they quickly upgraded me to a better room and offered me another upgrade to a ground floor room with a yard and very cool traditional Chinese bedroom (an expensive one compared to my booking). Location wise 7-12 mins walking from four subway stations. Breakfast ain't swerved so that's why gave 3/5 for Food. Anyway, Good food options like Mr. Shi dumplings, Coast coffee and bar, Courthouse coffee and bar and many other old Winehouses and hutong restaurants are 10 mins walking radius and many other options nearby. Walk the old alleys and hutongs and find your way. Hotel is super clean. They even helped contact many tour operators as per my needs and requirements, and helped me book a trip to simatai and gubei water town. Communication with staff in china is difficult but hotel reception kid with little English speaking and reading capabilities was super sweet to help my stay make a wonderful one. Thanks to Lue in photos for being super patient and welcoming us cheerfully at Qinfu, Beijing.

The location was so convenient , however I booked a room for singel person, it was smelly and I wondered washing tap was out of bathroome just by my bed !!!

The hotel is currently under construction and preparing for the new season. Because of that we got an upgrade to another room with more space and a bit of the booked 'panorama view'. But.. if we had known it in advance, we had not booked it. The employees and given service is great but most facilities were not yet available.

The hotel was at a great location - extremely central and great location to be able to grab food easily throughout the day. Also the place is walking distance to Shichahai station. The place was clean and well maintained - I had a very comfortable stay. Reception was kind and available whenever I needed at the front desk.

Location is very good and price is ok but the wall of room is dirty and bathroom has mold.

Very good location and nice hotel. The staff was really nice throughout our stay there and even helped us to change the room and get an upgrade. I really recommend this Hotel for its price, services, location and staff.

Great locations. Easy access to Nan Luo Gu Xiang. Yan Dai Xie Jie, Hou Hai. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room to a bigger room for a more convenient stay for my three children.
