Love the room we booked. Will definiately come back. Overall very spacious and clean. Toilet looks abit old but well maintained and importantly it is clean. Hotel compound is big with other building and require abit of walk to go out of the place. We cab alot so it was not a problem.

The transportation is very convenient. The entrance is right at the Renmin University subway station, which can directly reach Beijing South Railway Station. The entire hotel park is spacious and has a beautiful environment (according to the introduction, it was originally the Western Suburbs Foreign Experts Guesthouse), with the style of a state guesthouse. I booked the Yibin Building. I was a little worried after reading the reviews that the location was relatively inside (it was indeed a long way to get in), but when I arrived, I felt that the environment was very good, and cars and takeout could come in. The big brother at the front desk was steady and thoughtful, which made people feel very reassured. I was given a room with a balcony. For this place in Beijing, it is a very spacious room. The facilities are also good and quite comfortable. I will consider this hotel again when I come to Beijing for business trips and tourism in the future. P.S.: Breakfast is in another building, which is a long way to go. There are cold dishes, bread, fruit, small cakes, coffee and soy milk. There are hot porridge, soup, several hot dishes and steamed buns and fried cakes, as well as noodles and fried eggs. The variety is above average, but the taste is a matter of opinion. At the price of 98 yuan (posted on Ctrip), the cost performance is not high. For takeout, you can order Qingfeng steamed buns and pancakes.

We booked Yibin Building. It's a long way from the gate, but the hotel's external environment is really good. It was originally a Soviet expert building, with outstanding architecture and gardens. The location is very good. There is Renmin University subway station outside, and many colleges and universities are around. Although the room facilities are a bit old, the service is star-level.

This is my second time here. Every time I come here, I stay at the Friendship Hotel. It is a garden-style hotel. Although the facilities are very old, they are well maintained.
