The hotel is clean and sanitary, the room is ok, the hotel service is considerate, and I would like to specially praise the hotel receptionist Xiaocheng for mailing back the headphones left in the hotel. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Xiao Zhao's service is good. The hotel is elegant and upscale. It is a very good hotel. There are fruits and tea. I highly recommend it and will come again next time.

The receptionist took the initiative to upgrade the room for free. The room was overall clean and comfortable. The room I booked for the concert was a long way from the Bird's Nest. It was still possible to walk back slowly after the concert, and you would also pass by the snack street. The hotel does not have robots, so takeout is not delivered upstairs. You have to go out to the takeout counter outside the hotel to get it. The facilities are not too old. During the day, I feel that the air conditioner is not enough and it is useless. I think the TV could be a little newer.

The hotel lobby is bright and cozy, the room is clean, tidy and comfortable, and the seat is very convenient. The front desk receptionist Xiao Suo has a good service attitude and mailed the mobile phone I left in the room. Thank you and like it 👍🏻

Most of them are very good, and the location is close to the Bird's Nest, about 10 minutes' walk away. But unfortunately there is no laundry service. 

It's relatively close to go to the Bird's Nest to watch the concert. A bit far from the subway station. The hotel environment is good and the service is very good!

A very unpleasant stay! I went to Beijing alone on 9.7. There were concerts nearby that day, so many people had to stay for a long time. I understand. I was given two room cards. I couldn't swipe them when I entered the elevator. A staff member happened to tell me that I had to take out the card holder before I could swipe them. So he swiped his card and let me go to the fifth floor, room number 522. I opened the door and found that both cards couldn't get electricity. There happened to be a cleaning lady who gave me her electricity card. I packed up and went out. I returned to the hotel around 10 o'clock in the evening and found that my two room cards still couldn't get in the elevator. I went to the front desk to ask. The front desk said that they had made a mistake with the room cards. These two were room cards for 418. They changed the room cards for me and I didn't think much about it and went back to the room to rest. Later, I thought about it carefully. Although I couldn't get in the elevator and get electricity with the card for 418 in the afternoon, I opened the door of room 522? ! ! ! ! I was very nervous all night and didn't sleep well. When I checked out the next morning, I mentioned this to the front desk, but they just asked but didn't question it. As expected, they strongly denied it. It's absolutely impossible! But…you can judge for yourself! The four pictures are of bathroom glass, which is a minor issue compared to the safety issue.

The service is very good. The cleaning lady is also very enthusiastic and cleans according to the requirements. The laundry room has not been put into use yet, so I give it 4.5 points. I like the hand sanitizer provided by the hotel. It is clean and not slippery.
