For the issue you have raised, the specific response is as follows: 1. During your stay, you need laundry detergent, and the staff will deliver it to you as soon as possible; 2. After washing the clothes, if you say it's not easy to dry, go over and guide the use as soon as possible during working hours; On the day of check-out, due to the tight availability of hotel rooms, the staff asked if you needed to extend your stay. You were seen as urging you to leave, and you openly said that you understood the check-out time to be 4pm. You also said that Chinese hotels are like this. The staff brought out the relevant check-in and check-out records, but you still do not agree. May I ask if 14:00 is 2pm? Is this difficult to understand? The 24-hour system was implemented, and as a last resort, the staff booked the hotel you were about to check in. The order stated that you would be checking out at 12:00, which you reluctantly agreed to. The hotel apartment is located in the core of Beijing CBD, separated from the first street of Shimao Tianjie, and downstairs is a characteristic commercial street. Maintaining this price for every inch of land and every inch of gold in Beijing is truly rare. The hotel apartment has been renovated for 21 years, and the wallpaper, floor, and some furniture have been replaced. However, after all, we are just a hotel apartment and cannot achieve 5-star decoration quality. We hope you understand. Thank you again for your stay. Welcome to come again next time.

Response from Property: The location is the big drawing point for this hotel I'm not exactly sure if it's all a hotel? We got the family suite and it appeared more like an apartment that you would get on Airbnb There was no daily cleaning or reception or any hotel amenities like that There was no one at the reception desk when we got there so we called the number and someone came to meet us to give us the keys They were pretty nice and would deliver us water bottoms every day The place itself is a bit updated but does the job Again, it's just in a really nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants around
