Later, we consulted Ctrip, and Ctrip responded quickly. I still give Ctrip a thumbs up. It is worth booking through Ctrip for so many years. 👍👍👍 Although the hotel later agreed to enjoy the benefits after Ctrip's communication, the mood for staying was greatly reduced. Later, I stayed for one night and decisively canceled the next few days of stay and rebooked other hotels. Although the hotel sent other staff to communicate and deal with it actively many times, the various excuses of the female employee at the beginning, the expressionless attitude without kindness and apology was really bad, affecting the mood. The most important thing when you go out is the mood. I also hope that the hotel will abide by its promise since it has accepted the order, and if it cannot do so, it should not accept the order. If the front desk is instructed by the hotel management, don't blame the staff too much, and provide more training and improvement from the management perspective. The hotel room provides Mimi shrimp strips and AD calcium milk for children, and plum juice tea is provided at the lobby entrance, which feels good. In addition, there will be porridge, eggs and pickles for midnight snacks after 9:00 pm, which can be reserved according to your needs. Unfortunately, the attitude of a female employee at the front desk affected the overall feeling.

I highly recommend this really nice hotel with good service. The little beauty gave me sour plum soup the day before I entered the room on a hot day. I stayed in a quiet hotel. There were many gifts in the room, which were very thoughtful. The toiletries were good, much better than other hotels. I was satisfied with the service and environment. I will stay here again next time.

It's next to Dashilar, which is convenient. The hotel is in an alley and taxis cannot enter. I actually thought of this beforehand. What I didn't expect was that there is a garbage station on one side of the alley entrance and a toilet on the other. There is no elevator in the room on the 4th floor. Although the luggage was taken on and off by help, it was still a bit inconvenient to climb the stairs every day. I originally thought there were Chinese and Western food options for breakfast, but now we only have Chinese food. Shaxian snacks are also very authentic and delicious. I just wish there were more choices.

The environment is very good. All facilities and supplies in the room are also complete. Small snacks are also provided. The service attitude is considerate. The children like it very much. I will come again next time🤤

The hotel is located in an alley in Dashilar, a short distance from Qianmen subway station, but because it is in a pedestrian street, you can ignore the distance while walking. The guy and girl at the front desk were very polite and answered all our questions. They even extended our check-out for an hour for free the next day. It was raining heavily when we left the store, and the little brother took the initiative to ask if he wanted free shoe covers and disposable raincoats. There is free sour plum soup in the store, free Wahaha in the room, I played a game when I checked in, and I was given cute stress-relieving toys. Disposable slippers come in different colors and are of good quality. All in all, very satisfied.
