Rong Hotel Reviews

We had a great stay at Rong Hotel! Located in a nice Hutong, quiet with lots of trees, very close to Bell and Drum tower and conveniently close to Gulou Avenue and South Luogu Lane where you can find anything you want for drink/eat. All surrounding streets are nice with lots of restaurants, coffee shops and you can have a walk around east lakes (Xihai, Houhai, Qianhai) by day or night. It's also quite close to subway station Gulou Dajie (lines 2 and 8) Staff is very helpful, discreet and hotel is quiet and beautiful with a nice central patio.

Stayed another 2 nights after our short trip out of Beijing. Hotel kept our 2 luggage that we did not need out of Beijing. Got back the same room. Aircon did leak water but was quickly fixed.

Loved this hotel! The owner was very nice and he was very helpful. The decor is so cute in the lobby and rooms. They also have a washer to clean your clothes for free! They help us out a lot while traveling with kids.

Lovely place to stay in! Super clean and friendly owners. House keeper Ms Shang is polite and friendly and help us a lot. Love the big beds n the ambience. Take a 5 min to 10 min walk and enjoy the scenery at hou hai behind this hotel.

Feel the life in the hutongs. The location is excellent. You can walk to the Drum Tower and Nanluoguxiang. Shichahai and Beihai are not far away. The boss is enthusiastic. The facilities are complete, including a refrigerator, washing machine and ice maker, which is very convenient.

The courtyard room in Beijing is very good. The children like the small courtyard very much. It is very comfortable to have breakfast in the courtyard in the morning. The boss has recently put on Hanfu, and taking pictures in the courtyard is very good. I highly recommend it. The downside is that because it is a courtyard, the sound insulation is slightly worse. It is a bit far from the subway station, about 15 minutes walk, and about 7 or 8 minutes from the bus station.

The location is excellent, and it only takes a few minutes to get to Nanluoguxiang and Gulou Street! But I didn't feel like I was in a busy city when I entered the hotel. I give a thumbs up to the guy at the front desk! His service awareness made me, a southerner who had to cut potatoes into shreds in the street market, feel so friendly!

The family suite has a reasonable layout, and the space is warm and romantic. It was my first time to take my parents and children out for a trip. Considering that the elderly and children could have a comfortable sleeping environment, the Beijing Old Hutong did not disappoint me. It is adjacent to Shichahai, Nanluoguxiang, Yandaixie Street, and Gulou Street, which is very convenient.

The family suite is very good, with two large beds and a curtain in the middle, suitable for a family trip. Living in the hutong, you can feel the hutong culture of Beijing, which has a unique charm. You can ride a bicycle to Jingshan, Beihai, Guozijian, Lama Temple, and Prince Gong's Mansion, which is very convenient and there is no traffic jam. The boss is also very enthusiastic and will answer any questions. You can ask any questions about the guide. It was a great accommodation experience~

A very good hotel, the room is very clean and warm, the guy at the front desk is handsome and sunny, and it is only a few minutes' walk from the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. In short, it is worth recommending!
