Good hotel, big room, good staffs, quite far from metro station around 15mins walking, near to tiantan attraction

It was nice and pleasant experience to spend five nights in Tian Tan hotel. I am satisfied with accommodation and services provided by hotel staff.

For an English users, our experience at Tiantan Hotel was incredible, and I would HIGHLY recommend staying here. The hotel is right next to the Temple of Heaven and Hongqiao Market while being at a convent location with a bus stop just outside the hotel. There’s also a metro station up the road and hailing a taxi isn’t too difficult here. The rooms themselves are comfortable and very clean; they’re on par with or even better than the big western brands. Saving the best for last, the staff were absolutely amazing, and the lengths to which they made our stay enjoyable consistently surprised me. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel and its staff. I will be staying here again in the future, and I recommend you do as well!

The staff crew was so kind. King sized bed was somehow very very comfortable. Highly recommanded. Very close to the Temple of heaven. I liked it a lot.

It's a bit far from the subway station, but the service and environmental sanitation are very good. The staff are also very friendly and will help call a taxi. I highly recommend it to everyone! ! !

The hotel is in a great location. Take bus No. 20 from Beijing Station and you will arrive at the hotel entrance. I thought the hotel was old and the facilities were old, but I was quite surprised when I arrived. It should have been renovated. The service in all aspects was also very good. I arrived early that day and wanted to store my luggage first and go out to play, but the guy at the front desk said that there was a vacancy and I could check in directly. Then I was very happy to put my luggage in the room and rest for a while before going out. The room service was also very good, very clean, all the cleaning products were branded, and a new set was delivered every day. The hotel is very close to the Temple of Heaven Park, and it is about a kilometer walk to the East Gate. The only drawback is that the self-service laundry service originally mentioned is actually not available.

The room is relatively small and the decoration is old. When I checked in on the first day, I was assigned to room 4F. The bathroom inside was very smelly and it was impossible to accommodate anyone there. After talking to the front desk, the girl at the front desk was very helpful and immediately helped me change my room and upgraded it for free. The next day, a male manager at the front desk called me specifically to apologize for the smell of the room on the first day and sent me a piece of fruit in the room. I asked that I be given a late check-out until 3 pm on the last day. Yes, (the manager asked me to go to the front desk to inquire about the room status that day, and if the room status allows, he can extend my stay for free). So in the past few days, I have given good reviews. But on the last day, when I went to ask the front desk, a foreman and staff at the front desk repeatedly said that there must be a fee for extending a room (before I informed the front desk manager, he promised to extend the room for free if there were more vacancies, depending on the room status, but I still asked Without asking the staff who promised it to me), I originally felt that this hotel. If the facilities are not good, the service can make up for it, and it can be recognized, but now I realize that not all employees will have service awareness. Whether you can enjoy good service depends on luck, so high-quality service is very uncertain! In addition, you can’t find anything to eat in the hotel after 2pm, so you can only order a cake in the lobby (it feels very uncomfortable to eat dessert at noon).

The house is small but sufficient, and two suitcases can be put down. The room is in the traditional standard style of an old four-star state-owned enterprise, not outstanding but acceptable. However, the attitude of the front desk staff of the hotel is very good. The lack of facilities is made up by the service.
