Nice relaxing stay, near metro… conveniently located Staff are friendly

Next to the metro station Exit B, which is very convenient especially when the weather is extremely hot outside. Staffs are kind and service is excellent. I ordered numerous time delivery food and the reception took it and bring it to my room.

This hotel is attached to the theatre, which is very convenient if you are attending an event. It’s also convenient as it is very central. the room itself is a little outdated however, it’s clean and reasonably sized.

Great location! Needs some update of the rooms.

Hotel was very conveniently located next to the metro station. The room was big enough with a nice view, but decor felt dated and worn out. Cleanliness superb. Good value.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Though the hotel is a little old, the room is clean and beds are comfortable. The staff was helpful and accomodating.

I have stayed in a hotel with the strictest security check. There is a 24-hour security check counter when entering the guest room. In front of the security check counter are cultural relics from the Southern Dynasties to ward off evil spirits. It is near the subway entrance of the 2nd Ring Line. The subway is very convenient. In the following days, many international friends stayed there. I met international friends every time I went in and out. I also saw the embassy's car on the day I left.

He knew that we were staying with our children, so he specially helped to prepare the room in advance and upgraded the room type, so that our trip was very smooth. His sense of responsibility and his love for customers ❤ really made us feel very warm. We must give a five-star rating and feel relieved that the hotel has such a high-quality manager. Sincerely thank Manager Liu!!! The room service staff, Mr. Wang Zhiyu and Sister Shi, were thoughtful and meticulous, and I am also very grateful. The service was very good! I especially want to thank the male waiter in the housekeeping department for noting down our needs when all the latex pillows had been borrowed out, and for delivering latex and buckwheat pillows to us as soon as possible. The service was very attentive and must be praised!

The rooms of this hotel are clean and tidy. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It completely exceeded my expectations. The Dongsishitiao subway station is just outside the door. It is located in the city center. The hotel front desk staff is very professional. The check-in process is fast and neat. Thanks to the front desk staff Chen Ziying, Zhang Ze and Wang Zhiyu for their service, especially Wang Zhiyu's thoughtful and careful service. The overall experience is very pleasant. I look forward to staying in this hotel next time.

The room was very clean, and there was a warm curtain closing service after 5pm. The hotel's swimming pool was also very clean. After going out to visit scenic spots every day, the children's favorite activity was to swim in the pool to relax! The hotel is just outside the Dongsishitiao subway station on Line 2, which is very convenient for travel! I will stay at Poly again next time, it is worth recommending!

The hotel has a quiet environment and a superior location, close to the subway. The street it faces is like a community road with few passing vehicles, so it is very quiet. The hotel service is also very user-friendly, a good choice for visiting Beijing.
