非常好的一次入住體驗。價格很實在。住的是整院，不到兩千的價格，很良心。房間很新，乾乾淨淨的。客廳裏不少玩具，入户通道里還有秋千、小蹦床，方寸之間做的豐富多彩，很適合帶娃家庭前來。老闆也很愛乾淨，我們晚上燒烤完，夫妻倆馬上把院子清掃了一下，把桌子歸置好。交通很方便，村子離京禮高速不遠，離縣鄉主幹道二百米吧，全程柏油路，導航很準過去無任何困難。之前住過延慶的兩個民宿，都是在村裡繞半天才找到。他們家門口馬路邊靠牆全設定成停車的位置，即使是五一旺季也有空位置，這點真是太讚了。整院中有兩間是帶閣樓的，閣樓上有一個大床，很適合二胎家庭和帶長者帶家庭。小朋友對這個閣樓是充滿了興趣，兩三家小朋友就晚上睡在一起，很有愛。離世園公園、媯水河公園這些都不遠，十公里左右，延慶路況好，開車十幾分鍾。很適合幾家一起自駕遊。連住了兩晚，走的時候老闆還送了一箱水很感動。

在一個村裡附近什麼也沒有挨着康莊火車站，如果不是租整院就還是別來了，有個租整院子的在一幫男女那燒烤，晚上九點半了吵死了，一幫人在那哈哈哈哈呵呵呵呵，帶着長者真睡不着沒隔音。太可怕了。房間説有三十平我覺得也真沒有

小院很整潔，老闆很熱情，小院的位置離長城鐵花，野鴨湖還有葡萄酒都不遠，有停車的位置，我們定了親子雙床，4個大人帶了一個孩子居住無壓力，飯吃了早餐和晚餐，入住很開心

十一期間我們一行12人包了小院兒住了兩晚，小院整體乾淨衞生，有沙發，有長桌子，有KTV，歌曲還挺全，衞生間也寬敞，還有個很大的廚房，調料和碗筷都有，可以自己做飯，非常方便。這個小院兒很適合親朋好友入住，開車去延慶的幾個景區都不遠的，推薦！
