Arrived on a late-night flight. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, a 15-minute taxi ride away. The price was good and the room was spacious. It was clean and decent. Occasionally, I could hear airplane noise, but I was so tired it didn't bother me much.

The hotel is very new, and the slippers and room decorations all feature panda elements. The room space is also generous. The staff's service attitude is excellent. It's only a 5-minute taxi ride from the airport. I'm very satisfied.

I needed to stay overnight at the airport in Zhangjiajie, and after comparing many hotels, I chose this one. Once I got my luggage, I called, and they sent a pick-up car. The driver was very nice and helped with the luggage. We had to wait a little bit because he was dropping off other guests. The hotel security also helped with our bags when we got out of the car. The room was very spacious. My flight from Terminal 3 was at 6:40 AM the next day, so I took the hotel's earliest shuttle at 5:00 AM, which left right on time and got me there with plenty of time. The slippers 🩴 were so cute, little pandas!

There are convenience stores and snack shops nearby, and taxis are easy to get. **Room:** Not very spacious, just a bed and a small desk. It gets a bit cramped if you open your suitcase. The bedding was clean and odorless, and the hot water came out quickly with good pressure. **Cleanliness:** Generally acceptable, but there was some dust in corners and on the curtain tracks. There were also some water stains near the bathroom floor drain. **Service:** Check-in at the front desk was quick. The staff's attitude was normal – not overly enthusiastic but not cold either. I asked for a pair of slippers, and they were delivered reasonably quickly. **Soundproofing:** A major drawback. You can hear conversations in the hallway and the TV from the next room. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. **Facilities:** The air conditioning was a bit noisy but cooled adequately. Wi-Fi occasionally buffered when streaming videos. The elevator had a wait during morning rush hour. **Breakfast:** A simple buffet with congee, buns, eggs, pickles, and soy milk. Enough to fill you up, but limited variety, and replenishment was slow if you went late. **Value for Money:** For the price, it's pretty good. Suitable for those on a budget, short business trips, or just staying for a night. **Rating:** 3.5/5 **In a nutshell:** Nothing spectacular, no major issues. It's fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recommend it. --- **Short Version:** Convenient location, decent front desk service. The room isn't big, but the bedding is clean, and the hot water is good. Soundproofing is so-so, and it can be a bit noisy in the morning. Breakfast is basic. Overall, it was a good stay, but it would be even better if the corners of the toilet were a bit cleaner! The hotel facilities are great, but the service needs improvement. (1) One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was the airport shuttle service. When I checked in, I asked the front desk about the shuttle arrangements and told them my friend had a flight that evening and I needed to accompany him to the airport. The front desk staff informed me that I could take the hotel shuttle to the airport that night. However, when I further inquired about returning to the hotel from the airport, the front desk told me that if the hotel had already dropped me off at the airport, they would not provide a pick-up service from the airport back to the hotel. I questioned this at the time because the hotel advertises an “airport shuttle” service, and I understood “shuttle” to include both drop-off and pick-up services. So, I confirmed with the front desk: if I took the hotel shuttle to the airport, only using the drop-off service, should I still be able to use a pick-up service from the airport when I returned? After my repeated inquiries, the front desk finally agreed to arrange for a pick-up. Although I ultimately chose to call my own taxi for both going to and returning from the airport and did not actually use the hotel's pick-up service, the entire communication process felt very unreasonable. If the hotel has restrictions on the number of times, routes, or conditions of use for the airport shuttle service, they should clearly state them when guests check in, rather than telling guests directly, “if we drop you off, we can’t pick you up,” after they inquire, which leads to guests misunderstanding the hotel's service. (2) During this stay, I brought a foreign friend to the hotel. I had already explicitly told the front desk in advance that this friend was just a visitor, would not be staying overnight, and would leave that same night. The front desk still asked for his passport. After explaining the situation multiple times, I cooperated and provided the passport, clearly requesting that it be handled as a visitor's situation. However, the next day, before I left, when I inquired again at the front desk about the registration details, I learned that the hotel had still processed the information as if he were a registered guest. I was also confused by this. If the hotel has a regulation requiring registration for foreign visitors, I can understand and cooperate, but the front desk should clearly inform guests about the nature, purpose, and specific rules of the registration during the process, rather than having the guest discover a discrepancy between the actual registration and the previous communication only after repeated inquiries.
