Mercure Beijing Advanced Business Park Reviews

We stayed here on our first week in Beijing, China. The customer service here is top notch, especially from a staff named "Chen Yu". He has gone above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and always so helpful. It was not a difficult decision to come back to stay again the last couple of nights in Beijing. We were glad that "Chen Yu" was on his shift and of course again fantastic customer service, just a wonderful, down to earth guy!

Great value. Very professional and clean, good location. The staff is very helpful. Fitness and the coffee were nice extras.

The services is outstanding. Staff front desk specially Camelia very helpful fulfilling our needs since we don’t speak Chinese language. Thank you so much. Will come back to this hotel soon.

Even better stay for this one night due to working TV but sadly not much free English options. Room was a great size with everything needed. As before great place with great amenities and location. I look forward to future visits and will enjoy the facilities. Nice hotel with a nice staff.

Fairly new fittings and fixtures, clean room, clean sheets, clean towels. About 10 mins walk to the nearest metro station. There is only a small range of small eateries nearby; will need to walk about 20-30 mins (or ride 5-8 mins by bus) to other areas with more shops

The hotel is good, close to the metro and shopping center. The room had everything you need - a kitchen, a washing machine, children were given separate children's sets - toothbrushes and slippers. The reception can help, they helped us with a taxi.

The minibar in the room is replenished daily. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. There are many gifts with Beijing characteristics.

I had a meeting here the next day and made a temporary reservation at midnight. When I arrived at about one o'clock, I found that the room had been used and had not been cleaned. The toilet paper was in the bucket and the towels were wet. I was too lazy to change rooms in the middle of the night. The management of Huazhu was getting worse and worse.

The room was very clean and tidy, the breakfast was very rich, the front desk and room staff had a very good service attitude, and provided free coffee and mineral water when sitting in the lobby to discuss work!

It's clean and tidy, very convenient. It's really convenient to have a washing machine, and a microwave. I stayed very comfortably here during the few days I came to Beijing. Wanda is next to it, so it's very convenient to have food and drinks.
