This is the worst Hanting I've ever stayed in. It was already late when I checked in and I wanted to take a shower but found that the bathroom floor towel had not been changed at all. It was extremely dirty. I called the staff to explain the problem and they just said sorry and asked me to change a new one. They seemed to be used to it and didn't care about it. I didn't dare to use other towels. Have they considered the feelings of consumers for such a serious hygiene problem? This is a well-known hotel. It's speechless to think about such a thing.
