I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and polite. The room was big, clean and well-maintained. I would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Just headed over from Wangfujing which was very centralised with lots of food options and places to visit nearby so this location was definitely not as accessible/convenient. Would still recommend staying around the Wangfujing area if you’re looking at travelling via the subway and want to experience the night shopping life. However, when it came to cleanliness and hotel amenities, I would say that Orange Hotel has it all! They have optional breakfast provided, a small gym, complimentary coffee/tea/juice at the lobby and even a laundry room - very useful for those on a long trip. Price-wise, definitely worth your buck for the well-renovated and luxurious-looking room. Service was exceptional and Shen Nan at the reception, who assisted us during check-in and out, was very friendly and even gave us some gifts upon check-out. Enjoyed our stay here!

My first Orange Hotel stay and it's exceeded my expectations. Being a local chain known for its budget style, I was imagining Ibis type but it turned out much better. The hotel looks old from the outside but this being a newly opened one, everything inside looked clean and modern. Smart lifts where my room level is automatically detected once the card is scanned. I got a smart room that's controlled by Xiao Du小度 (their equivalent of Siri / Alexa). I had fun commanding Xiao Du to adjust the aircon temperature and switching on/off the TV, lights and even the curtains. They also have a food delivery robot and provide free self service laundry facilities. There's a small gym here which I didn't use. The room is a little small for 2 pax but more than comfortable for 1. The standing shower and toilet is separated and both of good size. The bed is firm and pillows comfy. Bottled water, mini fridge, tea bags are provided. Basic shower amenities are also provided, along with a pack of disposable toothbrush and comb at check in. I like the open wardrobe concept and they provide many hangers here including the clip ones. It's a rather basic hotel in general but certainly value for money. There are also quite some eateries along the street just a few mins walk from the hotel. I wouldn't mind staying here again the next time I visit.

A little far from the metro, but otherwise an excellent location. Right on the Liangma River, which had been fixed up in recent years with a waterfront parkway on both sides. Hotel is very new, still in quite good condition. Room was a little on the small side, but that is too be expected in Beijing. Really couldn’t ask for more as a solo traveler.

The room is very clean and functional. The staff are kindly and helpful. The service and facilities very nice.

This is a great choice in Beijing city that requires you not to think twice. It is above expectations when it come to cleanliness and staff are friendliest I ever found in any hotel before. Liangmaqiao area is close to may places in Beijing but you will need to walk around 1Km to line 10 to access the city metro.

Clean Hotel with great location. They provide nice little extras like the free coffee in the lobby and on the house oranges (to honor their brand name). Room service is very tidy. I would stay again when in Beijing.

The hotel was nice and clean, so we're the rooms. The breakfast was fine as well. The location is OK, about 16 minutes walk to the next metro station but very close to the water, which is nice. The only real downside was the staff, which were rude and careless during check in. Probably the worst check in experience I've ever had, it seemed like they were trying to embarrass me for my Chinese, while they did not try to speak English at all and even refused to help communication with a translator app.

Great staff, nice clean hotel! Great value for money! Close to 798 Art district and same distance to city centre! 35-minute cab ride to Beijing South station off peak.

Clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. Loved their orange flavored toothpaste & shampoo with orange scent. Breakfast is quite simple but has a bit of everything (make sure to try the soy milk, it's amazing). Super friendly people at the reception as well, I asked to push my check out time to 2pm and that was no problem.

It was ok, except that the facilities in the room (exp aircon are not working very well). The aircon decided to break down on 1 night and nothing was done after technician came to take a look. Service was not splendid but was alright.

Great service, comfortable stay! Will come back again when visit Beijing. Beside with beautiful liang ma he lake site view 😍✌🏻 Xiao Zhao ! Give me late check out !!!
