Good position, very close to the underground station. Staff do not speak english but try their best to help. Breakfast is very good, with lots of alternatives. Room was not new, but clean and comfortable

Good hotel, but the facilities need a renewal.

The hotel is one of the blocks of the cluster of hotels of the same name (though different , they are all named 新疆 hotels...). So there is more space to walk around outside the hotel. There are 2 small gardens with tall beautiful trees, very nice. One hotel has a restaurant and it also serves as the site for breakfast. The breakfast is very good with a lot of dishes and some of the dishes change everyday. You will feel very safe to walk around at night as there are many guards around. The hotel is just by the side of a subway station which is very convenient but there are no shops and restaurants around so buying and eating food is not easy. But this is the same phenomenon in most of the subway stations in Beijing

Great location at the entry of the ancient city and close to the station. Everything was very clean and beautiful and the staff was super nice to us. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious, the bedding is very comfortable, and the Erligou subway station is right outside. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The planetarium and zoo are within walking distance. It is very convenient to stay with children. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious.

You can go to Wangfujing, but you still have to walk a distance to get there. The price is right. It is very good to stay for two nights. It is not far from Beijing Zoo and Capital Gymnasium. You can get there by bike in a short time. It is very convenient.

My child is taking the college entrance examination. Because it is close to the examination hall, he chose to stay in Building 2 of Xinjiang Building. When checking in at the lobby, he asked if he could choose a room facing the sun with plenty of light so that his child could review and prepare for the exam. The front desk staff quickly selected it for him. Soon after checking in, Li Xiaoxia, the supervisor of the housekeeping department, came with a waiter to greet him and said that the room for the college entrance examination candidates had been marked. If there was anything he needed, he could tell the hotel at any time and they would try their best to ensure the children's exam needs. At the same time, they presented a set of professional college entrance examination stationery, a plate of Xinjiang fruits, and lovely college entrance examination souvenirs. Such warm and thoughtful service touched us and made us feel comfortable. Every day, Li Xiaoxia, the customer service supervisor, and the waiter would carefully ask what time it would be convenient to come to clean the room without affecting the children's study and rest, and deliver fresh and delicious Xinjiang fruits on time to send blessings to the children for each exam. Walking in the corridor, the staff who met us would have a warm and polite smile and take the initiative to greet us. The little beauty Ahenaer, Humar (VIP Building) in the customer service service, whispered to wish the children a smooth exam before entering the room every time. The room she cleaned was particularly clean and tidy, and it looked brand new. Such security work is indeed meticulous and makes people feel at home. There are also security personnel in Building 2, who are responsible, enthusiastic and thoughtful. It rained early in the morning on the first day of the exam. Security Master Liu guided us to park, chose the nearest parking space to try to keep the children out of the rain, and wished the children good luck in the exam! Every day when we drove the children to the exam, Master Liu waved and greeted enthusiastically. It was so warm! On the day of check-out, because the children's exam ended at 12:30, we called the front desk to communicate the check-out time. Gao Xinye (reservation department) answered the phone. She said that she enthusiastically understood the situation, because our room was marked as "college entrance examination room", and special matters could be handled. After the children finished the exam and returned to the room to pack up the materials, they could check out before 2 pm. This really solved our time conflict problem in a timely manner. All of the above are the high-quality services we felt during our stay in Building 2 of Xinjiang Building. The hotel is divided into several buildings. Ours is the unremarkable Building No. 2, but check-in and check-out are handled at the front desk of the VIP Building. The room is not big, but it is okay in this capital city where every inch of land is valuable. The bathroom is relatively small and can only accommodate one person. The room is clean. Although the sound insulation is not very good and you can hear the sound of the corridor, fortunately the corridor and the outdoors are very quiet and relatively comfortable. It feels like this building was originally used for visiting personnel stationed in Beijing to stay. The service staff has a very good attitude, speaks very gently, politely and modestly. The receptionist and the handsome room service guy speak very gently and provide excellent service. There is a Xinjiang specialty restaurant in the hotel, but unfortunately we didn't try it because we went at the wrong time. Overall, it feels good and can be recommended.
