Just after staying for a night for being the whole day at Universal Studios theme park it was ok. Small beds and shower, but for a person who just needs a rest it's good.

I really don't know how this hotel got such a high rating! I was speechless! I arrived at the hotel at noon, and thought the front desk was kind enough to upgrade me to a 1.35 twin room! When I went in, I found that the small window didn't light up, and the TV didn't work! I applied for a room change and had to change the TV! (I suspect that most of them don't work!) After the TV was changed, I could only watch live broadcasts and it was full of snow! I thought I would just stay there for one night in order to go to Universal Studios! The most speechless thing was that the water in the washbasin leaked like in the picture after I slept. There was no way to stand there! I don't believe the front desk didn't know! They even upgraded my room in the name of upgrading my room, which was really disgusting! I left early the next day to go to Universal Studios and didn't have time to argue with him about this matter. I really stayed for two nights! Finally, when I checked out, another front desk asked me how I was. I said it was leaking. He didn't even react! Not even an apology! It was really a one-time deal...
