Great service and staff, excellent breakfast, convenient location

The room is large, well-arranged and classy. I thought it was just an ordinary hotel at first, but I was surprised. I felt the hotel service from the moment I got off the bus. They were well-mannered and polite. Much better than some five-star hotels. I will choose Henan Building next time. I recommend everyone to experience it.

Very satisfied with the hotel. Every time I come to Beijing Panjiayuan, I stay at Henan Mansion. It is an old hotel, and the service is always the most professional five-star experience. This time I felt the dishes and service of Yuxiangyuan's a la carte meals, which were great. It would be better if the breakfast variety was expanded and enriched.

The room is very clean and the food is great. I will support Henan people's own hotels more when I travel in the future. The service is very good and the breakfast is very rich.

I stayed at Henan Building to watch a performance. I watched a wonderful drama performance "Qingfeng Pavilion" and felt the charm of Henan Opera, which made people linger. The front desk was very fast when checking in, and the service staff always kept a friendly smile [grin]. The room facilities are complete, clean and comfortable. I had a good rest at night. This accommodation experience was really great. As soon as I got off the bus, a young lady helped me carry my luggage and took me to the front desk to check in. It was fast and good. The room had good lighting and the windows could be opened for ventilation. Needless to say, the facilities were absolutely star-level [strong]. What was amazing was that even the room aunt was very kind and greeted me when we met. The next morning, I went to the restaurant for breakfast. The restaurant environment was elegant and had a strong Henan cultural feature. The breakfast was a Chinese and Western buffet with a rich variety, and the best spicy soup [color]. Finally, I want to say that this time I came to Henan Building mainly to bring my family to watch Teacher Li Shujian's Henan Opera "Qingfeng Pavilion". The immersive viewing was really different from watching it on TV. Every audience was moved to tears. It was so wonderful. I hope Henan Building can hold more such activities.

He gets up early every day to prepare these things, and when I left with the rice noodles, he said, "If it's not enough, I'll make more!" I think it's very cute. Geographical location: If you want to go to Panjiayuan, walk three or four minutes out of the door, very close. Finally, I must talk about the service: this is also the aspect I am most satisfied with. From the moment we got off the car, a beautiful lady helped us hold the car door. When I came to the front desk, I told the front desk that I was afraid of noise and couldn't sleep well. I hoped to live in a quiet room. After listening to my description, the little beauty at the front desk studied it and upgraded my room. She told me that this room was higher and slightly better than the room I originally booked. I am very grateful to this little beauty at the front desk at No. 023. Then someone led me to the elevator all the way. After checking in, we went to the night market in Panjiayuan. After returning to the room, we found that the hotel gave us snacks and handwritten cards. My child and I were very moved. When I left the hotel, a tall and thin brother asked me if I needed help to book a car. I said I had already booked it. He then asked me if I had any feedback on the hotel. I told him that the service of his hotel made me feel that it beat many five-star hotels in seconds. I was very happy and very grateful to them.

It's near my home. Friends will also stay here when they come. The room is big. The service and hygiene are very good. This time my family member was sick and had surgery and it was difficult to go upstairs. I stayed for a few days. The fresh air is good. The hotel also gave us a lot of care. The living is very warm.
