It is apartment with 2 double beds and sofa so can be ok for 5 persons. There are good restaurants and convenient store surrounding.

Online booking was easy, and all the information provided was straightforward. We chose to pay at the hotel and had no issue with it, and the reception was willing to take large cash payments. Service was excellent, and we got the responses instantly while requesting kitchen stuff and additional toiletries. Staff were very helpful and responded to inquiries promptly over the phone or in person. The room was spacious, and the furniture was far enough for a whole family to use. A washer and clothing rack in the room were very useful in such hot summer weather. Location was okay, around 10-15 minutes walk from the subway station. Grocery stores and some restaurants were not far from the hotel, which was very convenient. 

Very spacious room and comfortable bed, great service from the bellboy, very rich breakfast. However, checking in required ¥1,000 deposit way too much although prepaid online, only four sitting chairs were available in the lobby and checking out procedure was too lengthy due to the inefficiency of front desk.

I have to say this has been one of the best hotels that I have stayed in, from the service to the facilities, everything was top notch. We stayed in the hotel for four days, each day was an enjoyable stay. All of the staff were warm and kind, carrying out our request with diligence and respect, the rooms were kept in optimum condition, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is also very practical, all major monuments such as Tian An Men were located nearby and there were many restaurants around the place. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit the historical monuments in china and anyone who desires a quite, clean and comfortable resting place.

We stayed in the Apartment side. You have access to all the hotel amenities though but it has it owns elevator to the left side. No big deal. The counter staff were great. Hped us find the direction to some restaurants just south. But I would say just go nother and try the few smaller ones there a block away. We did and loved it. Peking Duck for 180 CNY. See the photo Our room has laundry machine too so super helpful. The decor is beautiful. There is a little drink shop that serves good reasonable priced drinks. They store luggage too. The downside is metro is not too close. Too far to walk

Stayed for 4 nights with a family of 3. The apartment was spacious, and I'm satisfied with the cleanliness and service. It has a washing machine that helped us to clean our clothes but no dryer provided. You need to hang the clothes indoor. It has a kitchen with the stoves but it can't be used. No cutleries and plates provided and need to ask them. Location is not that far from the city center and subway underground station, but for us, it was not a walking distance. No shops or convenient store nearby but the bicycle is helpful to reach the stores. I rent a bicycle to 7-Eleven which was about more than 1 km away. Overall good place to stay.

Great Hotel, all clean, very nice and spacious rooms. Missing some kitchen utensils in the Appartment, But probably you have to ask for them separately. Wonderful hot tub with a view

The apartment was very big, clean and beautiful and exceptionally well equipped.

Room is extremely spacious. A bit far from metro station around 15 minutes walk

The room we rented was unexpectedly spacious. It has 2 big bedrooms, 1 living room, pantry, 2 baths and 3 toilets. Beds are comfortable and they changed towels everyday. They also provide a lot of tissue in the rooms which is a big plus when travelling in China, as tissue seems to be quite a rarity. Although there is a small pantry for usage, but they do not provide any cutleries or plates. We had to request for some at the reception. Overall, it was an excellent and comfortable stay and I will definitely stay here if I visit Beijing again. However, there is one confusion though, although we booked under Bai Fu Yi hotel, but the room is not a hotel it is actually situation adjacent to a service apartment name D Rita apartments. Hence, after check in we couldn't take the lift at the hotel even though we tried to swipe our key card at the elevator. So, we went back to reception and the staff brought us to another building which is connected with the hotel to take the lift there and it is the D Rita apartment lift. It would be nice if the website clarify this during booking as to set the right expectations. Luckily, the service apartment room turned out to be great and we really enjoyed the stay.

Great hotel. They gave us a free upgrade. It's a very calm part of Beijing, next to many restaurants and night life.

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the hotel. It is very roomy and great for a family of 4 to stay. House keeping is to a high standard, having a hot bath after a long day site's seeing is perfect. The only downside is the kitchen utensils are not provided if you stay there less than one month. Location is very convenient as it is only 1 km walk to the subway station, I definitely recommend this hotel if you travel light. Keep this in mind, the streets in Beijing for pedestrians is not luggage friendly.
