I booked it based on the pictures, but when I got there they told me there were no rooms available. They said there were several pictures on the homepage and I had to call first to book a specific room, but there was no notification. I was speechless.

This should be the hotel with the lowest score I've ever given. The price/performance ratio is too low.
The room looks pretty good in the pictures. I changed a few during the actual room selection process. When I swiped my card to enter the second-floor room, there was a cleaning car. It didn't feel good if I wasn't planning, so I had to choose that room.
The service was warm. The front desk was still very patient after changing three room cards.
It's not too noisy on the side close to the road. It's a small road.

Excellent room, beautiful and really good space. The people at the front desk are all amazing and super helpful even tho they don’t talk English. Will definetly come back. Xiao Tian was the best receptionist I’ve ever had in a hotel!
