The stay at Atour was awesome! Very nice and friendly front desk staffs, very clean modern and smart living space, very thankful for the staff for letting us leave our luggages while we move to another city for 3 days, and thank you for the late check out coz of a late flight!! All in all a very amazing stay, have recommended friends to book as well, will definitely try the other branches too!

I stay with my family. Hotel is very clean and modern design. Staff is very nice and kind. They helped me a lot too. Breakfast is also very good. In addition they have free laundry service too. Overall very good experience. Highly recommended. Thank You.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Immediately provide hot tea every time sit at lobby. Good job! 👍🏼👍🏼💯 Great location, very close to the metro subway, not even one minute, but to go down, need to climb the stairs. Spacious room. Smart toilet, very suitable for Indonesian. Breakfast was hotel standard and free supper. Unfortunately forgot to take pictures, but my experience was real. Definitely recommended.

A good basic hotel with a comfortable luxury feeling. The hotel is right at the metro station and only 1 stop removed from the train station. It is my go to place in Beijing for quick trips in and out of Beijing. On walking distance several good restaurants and a shopping mall with Western choices as well. Shower is lovely and they are the only hotel with working aircon during the winter, which is nice with buildings heated to 27C.. it’s not the Marriott, but honestly, not worse either. Rooms are small, but perfect for quick business trips.

This is my second time staying here. I also stayed here when I came to Universal last time. The decoration and facilities are quite new. The service is also good. This time I was given a free room upgrade. It is also quite close to the subway station. I will consider staying here next time!

The location is just one subway stop away from the high-speed rail station and a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance. But the environment is too bad, the carpet in the corridor is very dirty, and there are two extremely smelly towels at the elevator entrance on the second floor from more than 9 o'clock in the evening, and they are still there until midnight. When I left at noon the next day, the elevator entrance on the second floor was still filled with a foul smell. . . In addition, is the smoke alarm fake? ? There was smoking in the corridor on the second floor, and it was not electronic, but the smoke from open flames. This alarm did not respond. If there is really an accident, the consequences will be disastrous. . . . . . Although the midnight snack is free, it feels like it is left over from breakfast and there is no replenishment. The later the people come, the more they eat the leftovers picked by the previous people. Although it is understandable to save money, it is really better not to send it. . . . The smart phone in the room is also convenient, but if someone goes to bed first, it is difficult to even turn off the lights. If you shout too softly, Xiaodu will not respond at all. If there is a response, the volume is very loud and can wake people up 😓 The only thing I shouted is that the service attitude is OK. . . .
