The service was good. The location is very good! Only 10-15 minutes to the National Museum. A lot of very good restaurants and shops around the area.

Had a really good experience booking here! The people at the front desk were super welcoming and understanding of foreigners. The room was also one of the biggest hotel rooms I’ve ever been in and was quite pretty! They provide toothbrushes and other things upon request as well, and the location is very convenient, right on a big street with lots of small shops and places to eat.

Convenient location and staffs were really friendly! Will def return!

That's just terrible. There are cockroaches in the rooms, there is no sound insulation. On Sunday at 6 a.m. you wake up to the screams and songs of the neighbors. And that's all for 700 rmb per day? Are you serious? It's one big dorm. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, taxis and other transfers will not be able to arrive and pick up you. Be ready to carry your suitcases. There is no nightlife around. They ruined the impression of the capital

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful despite any of the language barriers. The location is great because there is lots of food and shopping just outside

Thank the hotel staff for upgrading my rooms. The hotel location besides Qianmen walking street. Near the major tourist attractions in beijing. there is a direct toir bus to great wall as well.

Had a great stay in this hotel. It is perfect location for seeing the sights of Beijing, off the QianMen pedestrian street (the quieter end) so also super close to great food options. In between two Metro stations so was easy to get around. As a solo traveler I felt safe there too. They gave me a room upgrade which was lovely. Would definitely stay here again.

1. Cleanliness: stink, stain and rusty bathroom. Cigarette smoke smell inside the room 2. Location: Excellent 3. Service: lousy, not 4-star rated standard. 4. Amenities: mobile room 8272 air corn unit is not working, not only have there no cold air ( hotel said no cold air until end of April) there's no air flowing out from the unit, so the room was basically NO AIR. After complaining to the hotel staff, they provided 2 MINI TOY like table fans, bit because it was still very stuffy, we asked for another 2 fans (see photo attached) - this shows that they must have many same complains before to have many of this toy fans available. I took time and efforts to write this review (which i can just not bother to do so, as I'm too disappointed) but I think we as the consumer should speak out the truth to get the hotel not to cheat on their rating and overrated standards that they claim in the review.

Close to the Qianmen metro.. Traditional Chinese style hotel - looked very grand and cozy atmosphere inside Good stay

Hotel staff are very helpful and some staff can speak English. A hotel Technician helped us with wifi and security safe even late at night, really appreciated it. Location is superb. On Qianmen street easy access from Zhushikou subway exit A(has escalators). The hotel can store our luggage’s before checkin and after checkout for free. Plenty of restaurants to try on Qianmen street including Michelin guide Peking duck. 😊

The service was extremely helpful and although they spoke no English, they always used a translator app. It has a guest laundry which requires you to scan QR code and then use the app on your phone. They provide washing powder. It is cheap and fairly easy to use. I left my wallet in shopping centre 30mins away and they managed to understand my problem and contacted the mall who called back to say they found it. The location is quiet and off the Tianmen pedestrian street with a great atmosphere and plenty of yummy food and shops. You cannot get taxi or any transport directly to the Hotel, you will be dropped off at the entrance to the Qianmen Pedestrian street and you have to walk. It is very confusing and every Didi or taxi got lost. It does not help that the Hotel has 2 hotels and the name on the booking is not the name of the Hotel we actually stayed at and they are about 500m + apart and on different streets Room is tidy and clean, has a small fridge.
