Great pool, jacuzzi, gym and steam room! Hotel staff was very helpful and considerate. Room was spacious with a huge comfy bed!

Very pleasant experience and very helpful staff when we need help. Convenient location close to the subway, airport express and not too far away from down town. The rooms are very big and the bed is super big.

Other than the drain stop dial was too tight which made it almost impossibly to drain the bath tub, everything else was definitely value for money. I was particularly impressed with the attentive service of Ms Misaki at the front desk. I plan to stay at this hotel when i visit Beijing again next.

Stayed at Crowne for a few times now. They are consistent in service and keep the place clean. Echo always there to help. Would recommend for business travellers.

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff was friendly and the breakfast has a vast variety. The room service was diligent and the options are good. The facilities are in good condition.

We enjoyed our stay so so much, the hotel is clean and well managed. We were upgraded to the executive floor and the room is almost the most spacious hotel room I have ever stayed in a BJ hotel! Suki is the hotel guest relationship officer, super helpful and thoughtful 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Upon arrival, I came into this huge entrance lobby area. Huge shout out to Bella Hu from GRO and Mike at the IHG one rewards desk, Check-in / Check-out was smooth, easy and both of them were pleasant, kind and helpful. Room was great with a huge bed and super comfortable. room temperature a little too warm for my liking but nothing like opening a window cant fixed. Went to check out CHAR at the first floor in the evening but didn’t have a chance to see other facilities. A lil hiccup that I would like to mention was 2 things that the wifi doesn’t work for both of my phones (thank you for the help of the duty manager that tried his best to help me with it, appreciate it) and also regarding my encounter with the night shift FO that isnt very pleasant. Went and asked for bottle of water to be kindly send to the room but she wasn’t engaging the conversation kindly and even barely looking at me and water was not sent to the room neither that night. Perhaps confusion? But afterall, CROWNE PLAZA LIDO is one of my fav stay as always. Thank you!

About .5 mile from the nearest subway, well located. I did not take advantage of the in-house dining, but there are many options right outside the door, also a small grocery which is convenient. The workout facilities are very nice, particularly the pool. I'll probably stay again next time I'm in town.

Large clean rooms with plush carpet. Good bed. I have good night sleep. Many eateries within a short walking distance from hotel and a mall across the highway. Love the swimming pool. However please note to bring a swimming cap if you have one.

Excellent service offered by the staff, comfortable rooms vary well cleaned and the nice environment give a memorable experience.
