The receptionists were very helpful, nice and polite. They proactively offered help to customers. We arrived late on our first day there and ordered take-out. After finishing, we called the staff to take away all the leftovers as the smell was quite strong. The staff took immediate action. We could feel that the staff there strives to provide a good stay experience to their customers. The breakfast there was delicious. The room provided a comfortable atmosphere. My family had a great experience staying this hotel. We won’t hesitate to choose this hotel when we visit Beijing next time.

Everything was fine except for a few points. Even though I arrived after 3pm (which is past the regular check in time) I still had to wait for around 1 hour until my room was ready. Imagine you have just arrived in Beijing after a long distance flight and your room isn’t ready. Im sure that everyone’s mood would drop instantly…
Moreover, the internet was not strong enough which is a no no for such a hotel and my greatest complain. Apart from that there were not that many vegan and vegetarian options to choose from the available menues.
As for the rest, everything was nice.

Service could have been better. Initial room given was smelling of smoke so had to change rooms which took an eternity. We arrived 30min before checkin however still had to wait till checkin time to get the room.

Fiona helped us out a lot and made sure we had a great stay and book our beijing opera correctly. Amazing breakfast, nice room and great gym and pool. Only downside is that ordering something in the lobby takes forever.

The location is really good. Quite close to many touristy spots. Easy are to get taxis and move about. There is a metro station next door as well. The staff are very friendly, especially Manager Michael. He was great!. We enjoyed our stay 👍🏼

The facilities are excellent, and the people are very nice. The service is amazing, and the location is very good! Orange from reservations/reception was very nice, and Tom, the bellboy, was extremely helpful! Highly recommended!

I expected the room to the bigger and also closer to the sightseeing spots. But I think Beijing is just big by itself so going to Tiananmen still takes 10min by car. The layout of the room is maybe not the most optimal way of space. What I didn’t like was the breakfast. Dull, uninspiring, and bland. Everything didn’t taste good and kids were running around using their hands to grab food. Queuing was also needed if you arrive there at 9am onwards.

It is a well maintained and clean property. Staff is nice and special thanks to Issac that we were able to communicate. Breakfast was fine and can be improved with addition of some international dishes. My biggest challenge was the language barrier and even it is an international chain of hotel, it was too difficult to communicate in English. Starting from the reception to the room service, there is a big struggle to convey your message. Hotel management need to work of this challenge so that they can attract more foreign visitors. Overall it was a good stay.
