The hotel is conveniently located. The room was neat and very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no bar fridge in the room.

The hotel is located conveniently in the city center, near the famous Bj “pants” (CCTV headquarters). Staff is friendly, very helpful and quick to check us in, and help with our deliveries. There are also plenty places to eat and drink within walking distance. We stayed in a Queen room, it was about 25 sq m on average, quite spacious and way bigger than a regular hotel room in the center. However, the room amenities are quite poor: we had a toilet with facilities for disabled people, all the handles and protectors made it uncomfortable for us, especially traveling with a child - our toddler didn’t have any access to the sink. Also, the bathroom is quite old and with watermarks on the floor. The best part was the window view: there was a wall out of the window (on trip.com website page it was promised we’d see the buildings and city view) Overall, 4 out of 5

It’s located in CBD area, location is quite good. Hotel is new with window overlooking CCTV. The staff was really helpful and helped I check in earlier and called a taxi for us to the airport.

Good location, modern straightforward hotel. Breakfast buffet good but pretty cold. Overall good value and would stay again. Sculptures in lobby great!

Located downtown of Beijing. Wholly renovated. Everything is fresh and clean. Rooms are a bit small, but okey for solo travelers. A couple of fine arts are in the lobby.

It was clean when I arrived. This time, the maid did not clean properly.

This hotel was comfortalble and easily accessible. However, the staff at check in time were not friendly or welcoming. No effort was made to be polite, no information on hotel facilities was given, therefore I missed the breakfast I had paid for. On checking out, the service was much warmer. Just because I am a foreigner, doesn't mean you have to forget you manners. I am paying the same and maybe even more. A simple translation app is all you we need to communicate which every foreigner has if you ask and make an effort.

Decent hotel. The room was a little dusty and small but had a nice view. Service could be better housekeeping would only knock once before coming into the room.

Two metro stations of the same line are 12-15 minutes on foot. There are several shops and cafes along the road from the metro; there are also a couple of streets with cafes within a 15-minute walk; I couldn’t find any large supermarkets or shopping centers nearby. Comfortable bed, fresh linens and towels, clean room, good hygiene products, new toilet and shower. Plenty of electrical outlets, remote controlled curtains. There was a kettle and tea set in the room. Friendly and helpful staff. Stylish lobby. Varied and tasty breakfast. Of the minuses, there are small chips on the floor and wallpaper on the walls, as well as the absence of any closet and chest of drawers, only a few hangers.
