The hotel is located at Chongwenmen station. The B1 exit is right in front of hotel. However, there is no escalator at that exit. The closest one is at C exit and cross the road back. There are many shopping malls and restaurants at the opposite and the other road at the nearest intersection. The staff was nice and could speak English. We had earlu check-in. However, there was no available room at that time, so the staff upgraded our room and we could do early check-in. The room was spacious and clean. There were several things that I would suggest to improve. 1. The air conditioner should be switched to cooling mode on hot or warm days. 2. On the first day, there was smoking smell in the room. just for the first day. We booked for non-smoking, but I also found this problem with other hotel I used to stay. 3. in April, there was pollen dispersal during that time. it wouldl be better if the window was close all the time. There was a day that staff might forget to close the window and those pollen spreaded into the room. Fortunately, the hotel provided air purifier and that really help for problem 2 and 3.

Comfortable hotel with an amazing location! The hotel itself is clean and the employees were friendly. It’s about a minute walk from the metro and tons of malls nearby. Take the metro for two or three stops and you’ll arrive at the alleys (ex: Nan Luo Gu). I loved the alleys, there were lots of food and cultural shops. Many landmarks are also nearby!

A little bit difficult to find, there is no English name. In the same building there is a big shopping center with supermarket and McDonalds. Huge room, very nice amenities, big windows, some can be opened. As we entered our first room there was a very intense smell of nicotine so we asked for another room and we changed it without any problem. Very nice breakfast. Metro station very close to the hotel building. This is not a new hotel but we liked it very much.

The hotel's only good trait is that it's close to the forbidden city and Wangfuijing shopping district. We were checked into a totally different room than we booked. It was like getting cat fished by a hotel. The hotel is quite stingy with its amenities. Asked for bottled water at the reception, they said they're only selling. I asked them if I could get some free bottled water, but was told they'll send it to my room. I wasn't going back to my room for the bottled water to come as I was leaving. My friend asked for water from her room, they didn't agree to send some right away, but instead continued to ask if there wasn't any in her room. We were mostly unsatisfied with our stay as the room did not match at all with the pictures on the Trip app. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good, it didn't live up to its expensive cost. And the concierge basically scammed us of RMB 183 for a taxi ride to the airport from the hotel, we could see that it only amounted to RMB 65-70 to the airport from the cab's meter. It was also my friend's birthday, so I asked if the hotel offers any complimentary cakes and asked them to bring it at 6pm. They said okay, but nothing arrived at 6pm. So I called them again and they transferred me to 4 different people until someone finally understood basic English and told me that I should've asked for the cake earlier, which I did right after we checked in. The hotel's staff does not do well with communicating internally. Somehow I expected good service as it was a Novotel hotel, but was left highly disappointed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location, close to various attractions. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

The location of Park Plaza is excellent, just one minute walk to the nearest subway station (Dengshikou station Exit C). Walking to different attractions such as Forbidden City and Wangfujing shopping areas is also easy. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel service is good and the breakfast buffet has sufficient variety with both western and Asian cuisines. Something to note is that we found the room to be rather warm on return from a day out. The air-con was set at 27 degC couldn’t be varied. The outside temperature during our stay was between 5 degC at night and 20 degC in daytime. The hotel management informed us that it was government regulation to save energy. To assist, the management provided us a large room fan. That and opening the side windows helped tremendously to lower the temperature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and highly recommend it.

As I was in transit through Beijing Daxing the Aerotel was super convenient, situated between domestic and international flight floors. However the stay was disappointing and uncomfortable.The bathroom was not clean with shower drain blocked with hair so it flooded. The heat of the room was excessive with no way of turning down the thermostat. Staff obviously found it difficult communicating with non Mandarin speakers. Breakfast coffee was lukewarm.

Watching Storm Chasers in the room at night, when a Republican drama meets a Republican-style hotel, the immersion is great. The breakfast is very good. The dinner at Yueyuan is also very good. There is nothing wrong with the room. My room is on the first floor. Walking in from the lobby, you have to walk a long way to get there. Outside the room window is an electric car charging station. When a car comes to charge late at night, the driver has to talk at the top of his lungs, which is a bit noisy. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control. I also booked a room on the second floor. It was on the dark side and the window faced a large wall. It was very depressing to stay in the room during the day. Bad signal. Can't hear clearly on the phone. The hotel provides breakfast. It is relatively close to Tiantan Hospital. Overall good! The large mirror in the hotel is very nice. There is a relatively deserted shopping mall nearby with several fast food restaurants. Check-in at the front desk was a bit slow.

The hotel is ideally located in the city centre. Very close to the pedestrian street. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the Palace Museum, so it’s relatively easy to eat. Transportation and shopping are very convenient. The hotel has complete facilities. The sanitary environment is also good. The service is also very good. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver the food to the door of the room. All in all, I will visit again next time I come to Beijing.

Location is nice but nobody speaks English at reception. Furthermore, they took all documents but never registered us at the nearby police station. Eventually, police came banging at our door while we were asleep to ask about documents and our trip plans, reasons. This was most annoying part. From this I can say service is inefficient.
