Renaissance Beijing Capital Hotel
4.6/51514 Reviews
Guomao Area
Renaissance Beijing Capital is now part of Mariott BonVoy, and a number of things are still being transferred and/or redeveloped, but this is a good property and is very clean. located in about 20-30 minutes subway ride to Tiananmen, it is closer to auditors and business specialist buildings. i asked a taxi price for a transfer to Beijing Chaoyang railway station and was quoted 660 renminbi, which is about 100 US dollars for about 4 subway stations ride + 25 minute walk.
Renaissance Beijing Haidian Hotel
4.8/5312 Reviews
Shangdi Industrial Park/Xisanqi
The location is a little off, the decoration is high-end and full of design! The staff was very enthusiastic when I checked in at night! The facilities of the new hotel are all very new, so I chose this one. The hygiene needs to be strengthened and attention to details, especially the restaurant. The service staff did not clean up in time and not in place! I am very satisfied with the room. Overall, I am quite satisfied and comfortable!
Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel
4.8/56803 Reviews
Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area
The hotel is right next to Wangfujing, great location if you want to be near the central Beijing and tourism attractions. The hotel is five star, the cleanliness and facilities are up to the standards like other five-star ones. The room was good sized , on the big side actually. However, I don’t feel the welcoming as I’d expect from a five-star hotel. For example, the luggage men were happy to open the door for you and take your luggage for you, but there’s no eye contact, no greeting. Another example, the hotel room was clean, but there was no eye contacts from the housekeepers even when I greeted them, and they didn’t want to greet you or even smile back at you when we met on the hallway. I feel the staff may need some training. The hotel itself is great but the staff didn’t necessarily want to be there .
