Great location the metro was right in front and was direct lines to many attractions. Walking distance to many shopping malls and a great bakery right beside the hotel. The concierge was very helpful when we asked about the best way to the airport. We requested for a newly renovated room and it was clean and comfortable. The hotel contributed positively to our trip’s overall experience.

Location very convenient, room very bright, modern, full of arts and very spacious.  Restaurant and lobby very comfortable, beautiful.  Breakfast choices a bit not that many.  Only defects that I found dirts on the quilt cover, but they changed it immediately after I reported.  Very courteous staffs.

Location is very central easy reach to amenities, close to the metro and with walking distance to forbidden city. Not very clean, under the bed is dirty there ear buds dust bottle of medication. Reception staff are helpful comparing to other hotels staff that I stayed in in China Breakfast is extremely limited with low quality bakery, dumplings are not labelled whether they have meat or pork….etc. Plates and cups in plastic. Overall this hotels is not that bad comparing to other 4 star hotels in China

The hotel location is fantastic, which can access most of the tourist spots within the metro. There are lots of restaurants nearby. The only stepback is that the hotel decoration is tired and the laundry machine service is expensive. They are charging you differently based on the consuming time! You can reach the hotel by line 2 & 5 and exit H to reach the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel Beijing Peace, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding service provided by the front office staff. Not only were they welcoming and efficient during check-in, but they also surprised me with a free upgrade to a more luxurious room. This unexpected gesture made my stay even more enjoyable and memorable. Staff at Sofitel Beijing are welcoming and service level you can expect are on par with other 5 star international hotel brands around the world (although this is definitely not the case everywhere in China). There are numerous hotels in Beijing to chose from, but I have decided to come back to the Sofitel everytime, simply because I know I will get the same level of service and etiquette. A special shout out to Clarey and Leah for their professionalism and customer service which made my stay that much more enjoyable. The deluxe rooms are very very generally sized and the suites on the top floors have some of the largest floor space in my experience. One downside of a nice, fancy, modern decor is that it uses many different materials and does not hide general wear and tear well, leaving scratches and scrapes that looks worse than it is. Comfort level of the hotel is definitely the main draw card. Makes it difficult to want to leave the hotel. But the subway is a 5 min walk if you want to get around during peak hour to avoid traffic congestion, otherwise getting around with DiDi or taxis are fairly cheap where ever you go with the hotel’s location.

Amazing place, first of all, location is unbelievable convenient: it’s Chaoyang district, near by Solana mall. Room is huge, price is cheap, excellent and helpful personal. I highly recommend this hotel for stay in Beijing.
