The Xana Hotel Qianmen Street branch boasts an excellent location. You're right on Qianmen Street with all the old shops and restaurants, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. It's also very easy to get to Tiananmen Square, and you can quickly reach other attractions by subway. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful inside. The facilities are new, and the hygiene is top-notch. The staff are warm and attentive. It's definitely the best choice for travel and sightseeing.

Absolutely excellent, I truly loved my stay here. The facilities were good, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The environment was pleasant, and the service was fantastic. Breakfast was also decent. What's more, it was very reasonably priced. Overall, a wonderful experience that fully deserves a five-star rating! I was genuinely happy to have chosen this place; it was exceptionally good.

I've stayed at Xana hotels in other cities several times, and booked this one because of the brand, but it was incredibly disappointing. It felt like a small hotel. The location is in a small alley, with shopping malls two or three kilometers away. Although there are supermarkets and restaurants downstairs, it felt like a village. Entering the elevator, I was crammed in by a bunch of elderly people; there was no queue. It felt like staying in a nursing home in a remote area. I knew the room was renovated a while ago, but I didn't expect it to be this bad. The walls were moldy and blackened, the faucets had several layers of paint peeling off, and the sofa looked like it was either dirty or worn down. The water from the kettle was yellow when poured out. There was some stubble on the floor. I could hear the loud rumbling of the drain being flushed upstairs repeatedly in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled terrible; it was tolerable without the fan, but with it on, the stench assaulted my nostrils from the sink, making me nauseous. The room had no ceiling light, a dim, yellowish hue, and a musty smell. My mood was already bad, and then the window stickers were brownish-red, making me think there was smog outside. I only realized it was the stickers when I opened the window. The elevator requires a room card, but the washing machine is on the 5th floor, and the elevator doesn't go directly there; you have to climb the stairs. The air conditioner was noisy when the fan was on high; I could only use the lowest setting. The only advantage was that the room was large and had a window.

I stayed here because I had an exam nearby. The area has great amenities, with lots of dining options. The room itself was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the room had a 'bright mode' for the lighting, which was perfect for reading. I also extended my check-out and even came back for a nap between my exams the next day. The staff were very thoughtful. It was a warm and comfortable experience overall.

The first time I lived, I found that the shower room was not clean. There was a bunch of hair left by the last resident in the bath on the ground. When I checked out, I told the front desk. The attitude was very good. I added that I was still recognized by the brand. I booked it again. I didn't expect it to disappoint my trust. First, when I entered the door to get slippers, there were no slippers in it. There was a plastic bag left by the last resident after taking the slippers, and then found red on the ground between the bed and the curtains (not under the curtains, not blocked by the curtains). Very conspicuous food packaging. Still admitting the mistake is very good, the phone call soon has a staff come up to us to get slippers and clean up the garbage. But I am very curious about how the hotel rooms are cleaned, so careless.

There's a buffet breakfast with noodles, buns, cakes, porridge, and pickles. The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenience store nearby for small essentials and a hotpot restaurant not far away. They also offer a free shuttle service to Universal Studios, and there's a subway station close by. The staff were warm and attentive. Highly recommend!

This review is for my sixth and final night. Video 1 shows the actual distance between the hotel and the subway entrance – the subway is practically right at your doorstep. Video 2 showcases the hotel lobby after entering. Internationally, you'd look at the drop-off area; domestically, you'd focus on the lobby itself. If the Xana Deluxe in Lize Business District had a more spacious property, the lobby's effect would be even more stunning. The custom tiled floor, non-standard artistic chandeliers, faux luxury stone metal doors, and 3D relief peony art painting – the owner really went all out with the budget. The excellent visual experience for guests is entirely thanks to the owner's financial muscle. During my 7 days and 6 nights in Beijing, I spent every day with old friends. Photo 1 shows the Mousse mattress, Photo 2 the TOTO semi-smart toilet. Photos 3, 4, and 5 show my dealings with a new friend, Naturwind linens. I had heard about the Naturwind brand and its quality before but hadn't used it. I usually use British Vision, Carnation, Stadford, or Hongjinding. This time, staying at Xana, I used Naturwind's high-thread count, high-density, high-gram weight linens, and the experience was great. The face towel was around 180-200 grams, and the bath towel about 650-700 grams. This quality already meets the standards of a star-rated hotel. Video 3 features the vintage sunflower rain shower in the shower room. Not only does the showerhead have a high water flow and three adjustable settings, but it also has a one-touch pulse function. In a big city like Beijing, where you walk 40,000-50,000 steps daily, being able to massage your muscles while showering is a highlight that absolutely needs to be mentioned in this review. Interacting with the entire Xana service team daily, we all became friends. Manager Chen, knowing it was my last night, despite being busy, still delegated the assistant manager and the front desk ladies to come and chat with me in my room for a while. This is a very professional move; it completed the final loop of the service and ensured that the customer would remember the way home for their next visit to Beijing.
