We spent a few nights in Bekasi, a suburb of the Indonesian metropolitan area. It is located on the upper floor of the mall, and although there are no windows, you can spend your time there without any inconvenience.

This hotel has a classic design, both in the hallways and rooms. But unfortunately the carpet is old, dusty, folded. Room overall OK. nice bathroom. the hotel is close to malls in Bekasi. Spacious restaurant and ok food. Friendly waiters and good hospitality. The cork of the bed walls needs to be vacuumed regularly because it is dusty and causes allergies. This hotel can be the best choice but narrow parking.

This is the 2nd time staying in Harris Hotel. As usual, the room is clean and has a good smell. Budget hotel with a very strategic location in Bekasi, passing by public transport a few trucks to Jakarta, adjacent to Mc Donald and Burger King stores, close to Indomaret minimarket. Standard but a bit dirty (not like hotel 88 in surabaya), unfortunately I got a room that was smoking so it smells bad, although in traveloka reservation clearly says no smoking room. Bathroom accessories are quite complete, do not get drinks in a container bowl, but there is a gallon drinking water in the corridor. Breakfast is minimal once.

I stayed here with my 2 friends at Twin Room for 1 night. We booked it online and did the payment at hotel. We booked the room without breakfast. Not so expensive for the price. You may find McDonald's at opposite of the hotel. TV channels worked well,spacious bathroom and bed

GGuest UserWe had a nice stay at Ciputra hotel . The breakfast good and enough of everything . Great staff . The rooms were clean and comfortable . The thing I was not impressed with is the refrigerator weren’t enough cool yet alone cold . We ask to get it looked at and they said my fridge was better than most . .well I have medication to keep cool and they become spoiled because of te warm temperatures in fridge . Also the pools were full of children on the 4 days we stayed there . I feel someone should do a pee pee whistle and get them to go to toilet to relieve themselves instead of in the pool or from the poolside . I would never swim in there pool

GGuest Usercoincidentally New Year's here because the location is strategically close to the mall. the service is very good, the employees are friendly and there are a lot of them, it seems like every floor has employees so it's easy to find when you need help. it's a shame when you first arrived you weren't given a welcome drink because maybe the maids were also busy checking in 🤭 three days there, without even being asked right outside the room was cleaned and tidied up, the gym and swimming pool were close by, so when my child was swimming he could be monitored when he left to the gym. it's just a shame for those who use motorbikes to park in the mall area which is quite far away, you have to go to the mall first 😂 next time I will stay here again.

The advantage of this hotel The air pressure is good Clean and comfortable Nice and comfortable The shower is nice and comfortable Good location near the square area and the bekas station The receptionist is friendly and not telephone about the confirmation of the order Hot water for bath There is an elevator Use the card to lock the room Lack of size of the small room Gang to the narrow room The area around the hotel Gang is less clean But for just sleeping and transit this hotel is quite good and recomended to make sleep well. Because apart from comfort, it's not noisy. It's suitable for guests who want to sleep well.
