We had a nice stay at Ciputra hotel . The breakfast good and enough of everything . Great staff . The rooms were clean and comfortable . The thing I was not impressed with is the refrigerator weren’t enough cool yet alone cold . We ask to get it looked at and they said my fridge was better than most . .well I have medication to keep cool and they become spoiled because of te warm temperatures in fridge . Also the pools were full of children on the 4 days we stayed there . I feel someone should do a pee pee whistle and get them to go to toilet to relieve themselves instead of in the pool or from the poolside . I would never swim in there pool

This is the 2nd time staying in Harris Hotel. As usual, the room is clean and has a good smell. Thank you to Mba Reza HK who is capable, patient and fast in cleaning the room and also serving customers. Also Mba Reza HK is really nice and kind person. Clean Rooms, Strategic Location, Very OK Facilities, Apartment Complex is really luxurious and Busy, Drinking Water Odol Brush Soap Available in the room. If you go to the swimming pool, you must wear a swimsuit. Very true to the PIC. Minus, the towels are already holey.
