The room layout is good and it’s like a small apartment inside the room! The staff was very welcoming and helpful beings I was new to the area. I wasn’t able to use the pool or fitness center but from what I saw it was very clean, housekeeping isn’t every night though which is fine and it was easy to get additional towels/toiletries through the front desk. I will be staying here again

Wonderful front desk staff. So pleasant and welcoming! They need raises! This experience was very good! Clean room, nice buffet-style breakfast is a nice touch. Check in process was quick and efficient and I had nothing but a smooth and unforgettable stay

I’ve now stayed at most of the hotels in this area over the past few years. The TownPlace suites is by far my new favorite. Room was great. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good. Gym and pool were great. Staff was super nice. 15/10 stay

Where to begin... We arrived late on a Friday night for a week to stay in the Bel Air area to visit family. Check-in was effortless and Front Desk staff was Friendly. The hotel offers complementary breakfast, which is nothing to write home about and is complementary so not going to complain too much... it's free, and a step below a Denny's breakfast Our first night in the room was okay except the blood stained pillow case and the hairs in the shower which you think would have been caught be the housekeeping staff. The next few days things got a little worse off. The TV streaming Apps stopped working day 2 and as of day 6 are still not working, so we have restored to watching our shows at night on the iPAD. Mornings consisted of periods of ZERO hot water and frequent bursts of cold water when showering. Also the shower does not drain properly Lastly on day two we requested housekeeping due to some of the conditions of the room, and that never materialized and had to request a second time. Overall the staff was helpful, but I feel management is seriously lacking as problems still exist and have never been followed up on my issues. I will disclose I did contact management on my issues and they did provide some remediation but from the service I am use to getting from Marriott hotels this location needs A LOT OF WORK. No follow up. To Management, don't take this out on the staff, but review your gust complaints and ensure they are resolved. As of this writing TV still had issues, shower is not draining correctly. and no communications or followup. Again not what I expect out of a Marriott branded Property.

The rooms are OK The bed is HARD! definitely not horrible but not great. The location was great for my purposes I liked having a kitchen with full fridge The gym!! The gym was severely lacking. I would say is likely the worst of any of the hotel gyms I’ve used in the last year For me, this is one of the most important things because I do 2. Workouts a day.

Overall, our stay was great. I did not like that the a/c took a long time to cool the room, even though we checked in after dark. Our room did not have a dresser, so it made it much more difficult for our family to try to sort and arrange clothes for 5 days. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't do much for removing moisture during showers, and the shower curtain was too short, so it allowed water to go all on the floor.
