I've wanted to visit this hotel for a long time. The hotel has good service, rooms and food. I liked everything!!! One minus, there was no animation at all! Neither morning, nor daytime, nor evening. We were there in November, maybe that says it all. We want to try to come at another time of year

Наступает Новый год. Возникет вопрос: где будем отдыхать этим летом? Однозначно - Корнелия! Это: ласковое тёплое море, песчаный пляж, аромат сосен. Питание разнообразное, очень вкусное! Везде очень внимательный, отзывчивый персонал, начиная с ресепшен (Елена и Осман), включая уборку номеров (Путу) и территории а также обслуживание в ресторанах и барах (Турсунай). Ещё хотелось бы отметить великолепную работу аниматоров. Ежедневно своей энергией и мастерством они привлекали отдыхающих к участию в различных конкурсах и играх. Отдельная благодарность за пляжный волейбол, проводимый ежедневно два раза в день (Гоша и Озгурлук). В этих играх познакомились со многими игроками и договорились по возможности встречаться в Корнелии каждый год.

My wife and I spent 10 nights in Cornelia and were absolutely amazed! We had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We particularly want to thank "Mustafa Chef" (the restaurant manager). His attention and care truly enriched our stay – he even prepared a sandwich for us on the last day so we would have a snack for our return trip. A big thank you also goes to Emrah, whose special cocktails and hospitality made our vacation even more enjoyable. You truly enriched our time! Unfortunately, we had a less positive experience at the Citrus Bar. The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience. Overall, however, it was a wonderful stay that we will remember with the fondest memories!

Concierge lost my luggage, made me lose my flight
I arrived with my wife and toddler son after 12 hours journey to check-in to our booked Partial Sea View Room, the receptionist said our booking was upgraded to a junior suite but it is located outside the main building
We thanked him and walked out to the suite which surprised us that it consists of 3 scales floor, connected to each other with 2 stairs, each one with 3 high-stoned steps which is really dangerous for our baby who is already mentioned within our booking with his age
I called the reception and informed them of this and told that we really thank them again but we want to downgrade our booking to our pre-booked reservation, they said that they can not, and they upgraded our booking because they gave our room to someone else and this is what they have now and we have to stay at the suite!
Few minutes later we found that the bed is broken, the staff said even if it is broken, we have to stay at the same suite until tomorrow at least because they don’t have any other option
After a long discussion they found another one just few meters away! I insisted that it is still dangerous for my kid but the receptionist was rude enough to say this what we have, you can do whatever you want to!
After talking to the management, we were moved to our booked room the next day.
A room with two walls of hardened-glass pieces which transfers all the corridor light inside the room, requesting them to do something for 3 times, they covered it after I wrote it on a google review!

A MUST VIST RESORT
Had an amazing time celebrating my girrlfriends birthday. Staff are polite and courteous and the grounds are impeccably clean.
I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and we shall definitely be returning in the near future.
