Awful hotel. Very old and badly mainteined

HOTEL EXCELENTE, LIMPO, INSTALAÇÕES NOVAS, BOA LOCALIZAÇÃO, CENTRO DA CIDADE.

We were very poorly attended at our check out. In fact, we left very frustrated with the lack of education and professionalism of the receptionist.

About the location, very good close to shopping, pharmacies, road market, cashier 24hrs, etc. service ok cleaning ok peaceful stay Very small room, the bathroom is tiny, if it's someone big it won't fit in the bathroom; neither in the box nor in the toilet The lining was a bit musty, (but I believe 98% of places in Belém have mold) Air conditioning froze well The bed was not 100% clean I've stayed at the ibis gardens of SP and it has characteristics that are a little different from this one, but very little. This is my assessment, unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the accommodation. But it was a room with a double bed. I didn't get breakfast in this package, I had breakfast in front of the hotel. Positive point My assessment is this. Hope you like it

Apart from the water which was cold and the air conditioning was good

When I arrived at the hotel, the room I booked was occupied, and I was placed in another room where there was only one double bed, very small, which did not fit my family, me, my wife and son (8 years old). Only the next day and after insistence we were placed in another room that the Internet did not work, the TV had no channels other than the open ones and the picture was of poor quality. The bathroom was very small, not allowing a minimum accommodation and no shower, and the bed linen for two days in between, was smelly of sweat.

Very good, hotel and room very clean and organized. I just thought it was a little small.
